The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable

Every aspect of our stay was just great! The check in was quick and the young gentleman who checked us in (sorry, I forgot your name) was exhuberant and it was a delightful change from most hotel staff who are more stoic. He lightened the mood, welcomed us with a smile, greeted our dog (even offering dog treats) and made a mundane process a joyful one. The breakfast was good with a lot of varieties to choose from, the dining area was clean and made it all enjoyable. The only item that we would have issue with is that the bed was way too firm - since this is a personal preference, it is not something I would take away from our wonderful stay. Thank you for treating us and our little dog with care, respect and courtesy! We would likely stay here again if in the GR area.

The location was good, some of the staff was nice. The hotel was dirty, had a horrible smell, the sheets and towels all had stains, the air in the room didn’t work the whole time, the tv remote didn’t work, some of the lights and outlets didn’t work in the room and the shower was broken.

Throughout our stay, staff members regularly checked in to ask how everything was going and whether we needed anything, which made us feel truly cared for. The rooms were spacious(King), comfortable, and provided plenty of room to relax and unwind. Everything about the stay felt easy and enjoyable. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to take advantage of the pool and hot tub — they looked wonderful and would have been the perfect way to relax. Overall, this was a great experience with excellent hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and a warm, friendly atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!
