Very good

Everything was wonderful except for the filthy carpet in both of our rooms. We had an infant with us who got so grossly dirty that we had to keep him on the bed instead of letting him crawl around. Make sure you bring slippers for after a shower or take a washcloth to wipe your feet your feet.

The room was very clean the shower pressure was great

The highlight for me was the hot tub.

It was a very nice stay. Perfect location for all that we did. Walmart right next door for anything you might need.

Second time staying here. Beds are comfortable, front desk polite, pool and hot tub refreshing & relaxing, breakfast good.

Great place, we got to use the pool, which my kids were looking forward to! Comfortable beds and plenty of breakfast. Staff was very helpful and tried to help in any way they could! That we couldn't have stayed another day! :)

Cons: Check in was frustrating, difficulty communicating with front desk who maybe gave our room to another person with the same first name? Got it figured out after a bit. However next day, day 2 of our 3 day stay we paid in full for prior to check in we got a knock on our door from house keeping 2 times asking why we hadn’t checked out. We stated again we were there for 3 days. A few hours later as I am attempting to leave for our event another staff member at the door - when I answer the first things stated was “I’ve been trying to get ahold of you for hours! Check out was at 11:00 and it’s 1:30!” Had to AGAIN explain we were booked 3 nights. Was told no, it’s only 1 night. I had to send our confirmation to the staff member. Was late to our event. Upon return, our keys to the room no longer worked. This whole situation made us very uneasy and not feeling comfortable to let even our teens even be alone in the room while we went to grab something from the car etc. bc we worried someone would come knocking or keys wouldn’t work. Breakfast was standard but 3 bugs in my sons orange juice first morning he went to eat so refused to eat rest of our stay. Overall very unhappy with our stay. Zero apology or concern for our experience. It was as if WE did something wrong bc they couldn’t fix their mistake.

This hotel is a go-to for our family when we are travelling through Grand Rapids. The big draws for us are the pool, large hot tub and the impressive free breakfasts. It is also immediately adjacent to a Walmart if we have any last minute needs. The staff was great and we will return again.

Very nice stay, very good breakfast. Comfortable and clean

The room was dirty. Sheets had hairs on them, floors felt really old and gross with the carpet. You could't even access the fitness center without going through the front desk to get a key. It was right next to a Walmart and that was very convenient. If I had to do it again, I would have looked for a different hotel and been willing to pay a little more for somewhere nicer.

We loved it all! The room was clean and smelled great! Plenty of towels the bed was nice and clean and so comfy! The a/c worked wonderful! The breakfast was good! Loved the make yourself waffles! The pool was clean and very well maintained

The hotel was very clean and staff was great I just wish they had sited area to smoke out side so you didn't have to stand or sit in the car

Great stay. Quiet comfy room. Bed & pillows were nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great start for the day.
