The staff was very friendly. The shelf in the bathroom was broke so we couldn't put anything on it. Shower curtain wouldn't stay close because the rod was broke. We found the maids dust rag under one of our pillows.

We loved the small amenities such as free cookies. She gave us bottles of water and a small bag of treats. The hotel is outdated but felt clean. Rooms also provided more bottles of water. Very much appreciated! Hotel was convenient from the airport and areas restaurants.

The only complaint I have is the beds are pretty hard and the pillows are very flat, no fluff to them anymore. Besides that it would be a 5 star!

The ladies at the front desk are helpful and accommodating. It was VERY hot during our stay and the hotel was having issues with the A/C, which was not their fault, and due to the 4th, it took a little while to get service out, but they provided us with a fan, which was much appreciated. The room was welcoming, the bed provided a comfortable place to sleep and the living room had an L-shaped sofa with a tray table. In addition, all rooms have fully stocked kitchen facilities. The pool was clean and refreshing. The area was safe and had restaurants in walking distance. The highlight of the stay, however, took place in the breakfast area. Steven, who is in charge, takes pride in providing a fresh variety of foods each morning. It is one of the best hotel breakfast buffets we've ever experienced. Kudos to him.

The hotel could use some updating. While the main aspects of the room was clean, there were some areas in the kitchen and on the floor that need attention. The hotel served its purpose for what we needed and that was good. Breakfast was good during our stay as well. The staff was very kind and helpful when we needed them.

The room was very nice. Lov3d the kitchen had everything you need. The poop was excellent. The AC unit ran non stop in the bedroom. I couldn't sleep.

Friendly service, great breakfast and quiet hotel. The only problem was that the air conditioner was a bit loud when it went on and off. Luckily, the hotel was cool enough that we were able to turn it off. I would stay there again!

Room had a damaged lamp (electrical hazard) and wrinkled up carpet. Lighting was really dim even with all lamps on, esp in the kitchen. Microwave turntable didn’t turn. So maintenance and upkeep could be better. But the bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good (eggs and hot meat always available as well other foods). Had a huge heat wave, so didn’t use the pool deck much because of heat/sun concerns. But lots of families were using it, as well as the grill-out area. Excellent location for getting out to regional bike trails.

N/A The hotel cancelled my room without notice. I received no communication until I showed up to check in. There was bugs in the rooms and the pool was so nasty that all of my family ended up getting sick.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a good verity. the only down side was we had issues with our bathroom door. the staff was right on it. However we were locked out of the bathroom in the middle of the night. So we had to use the lobby bathroom. I thought they might offer a discount of some kind on our room but they didn't
