Very clean room. Staff friendly. I skipped breakfast, but my steak for supper was good. The margaritas was more alcohol than normal. Prices not bad

There was not a free breakfast as stated on app. The $11 extra dollars for free breakfast was actually $11 towards the meal. My family and I were not happy about this. We went to Panera to eat for way less than restaurant in hotel.

For the price you should offer a complimentary breakfast, and there's no safest in the room to secure valuables

Maintenance note. Pool shower didn’t shut off, hot tub handle very loose/safety issue?

The positive part of the experience was that when my husband went to the front desk around midnight to report the issue, the staff was understanding and promptly moved us to another room. I appreciate their willingness to help. However, no guest should have to wake up in the middle of the night and change rooms just to get some sleep. I hope management investigates the source of the noise and addresses the problem so future guests don’t have the same experience.

It would have been nice to know that the hot tub was out of order, also I think a free breakfast would be preferred by all guests.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable but I specifically booked a hotel that had a hot tub and the hot tub was boarded over so likely was broken or needed maintenance so it was disappointing. Also the swimming pool was a bit too cold. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

You offer a hot tube on your website but it wqs severely out of order the nightly price should reflect the inconvenience.

The front desk clerk was cold and unfriendly. The room was dirty. There was garbage behind the garbage can. There were ants coming from underneath the carpet. When we told the front desk about it they said “we’ll have maintenance take care of it when you check out.” They were very dismissive. There was someone else’s hair all over the bathroom and food crumbs under the desk. There were pink stains on the bedding. It was like they didn’t clean the room before we got there. I was not impressed at all.

There was no hot tub. We were also informed that the breakfast was not included.

We searched for a hotel with a hot tub and swimming pool. This one stated it had both. Turns out the hot tub had been broken for over a month now.
