Not sure where people are staying that review this hotel as good. It’s tired, dated. The hallways are super dirty, torn and stained carpets going up stairs to 2nd floor. Pool gross. Hot-tub disgusting. Breakfast was lack lustre. Rooms are old, dated, beds are worn out. Our room 269 was missing a simple toilet holder. Really! toilet paper stored on vanity. Bathroom tub had mold, missing paint and caulking. Lamp shade broken. Door wouldn’t close without slamming it-warped. Fridge hasn't been defrosted in years. Would not recommend for the price. Go pay $20 more a night at the hotel across the street. Next time go to Wingate or Baymont. No reception person at desk to leave feedback on my stay. Frustrated.

Bathroom was a bit gross. Had hair from previous people & dirty, also the hot tub & pool was disgusting but there was a bunch of swimmers..

One of the best hotels that doesn't charge you like it is. Full breakfast and everything I e would need to move their body for a healthier stay.

Staff were friendly Breakfast was intermittent and nothing but toast was available when I stopped by - I gave up after 20 and ate toast in car

The breakfast buffet had all the essentials, but the food and coffee were mediocre. Everything else about the stay was quite good: clean, quiet room.

Clean room, good breakfast, but no hot water when we needed it. Came back on later. Also no one manning desk at Check in. Had to wait fifteen minutes. Needs to be better.

Tha Heritage was very nice and clean room! Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was the best for a hotel! Casino was fun and restaurant was excellent! Will return and recommend!
