MainStay Suites Great Falls Airport

So far this is the hotel I find practical , clean and have a warm and friendly staff!

Staff were excellent! Breakfast was decent. The treadmill in the gym wasn’t working which was a disappointment but we made do with the elliptical. Our room was huge which was great for us as we were travelling with our son and his girlfriend. The pull out couch was easy to use for him. We would absolutely stay here again!

The breakfast was really nice. The staff was great and helpful Parking was screwy and not enough close parking

The rooms were spotless and loved the full sized fridge. If you are booking, don’t get the rooms that are odd numbered. The traffic at night is unbelievably loud and obnoxious. It’s sounds like your room is situated at the side of a drag strip. If I was able to have the fan running constantly, it would have helped.

Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were immaculate.

Rooms were clean nice place to stay. Breakfast was good every morning would recommend this place.

Very accommodating

Upon check-in, the desk staff were nice, but super chatty (with each other) and distracted with answering the phone and staying on the call for a long time . It took way too long to check-in and there weren’t any other customers checking in at the desk.

Staff js amazing just didn’t like when guests upstairs were loud till after midnight

The staff was very nice and clearly overworked Our room looked like a crime scene. Somebody had Jimmy the door to the bathroom with a knife. I had to kick the room door to shut it. And the outside of the door have been scratched with a knife and also didn’t really feel super clean for the Price

We always enjoy this hotel. It is clean, updated and pleasant. Hosts a good breakfast and has a nice pool

Wish they had late night pool time for adults but it was still amazing

On our second day, we requested partial cleaning or at least a change of towels, but no one came to assist us and there was no follow-up regarding our request. It felt like our concerns were ignored, which was frustrating. On top of that, the place was very noisy in the middle of the night, making it difficult for us to rest properly. We were hoping for a comfortable and relaxing stay, but unfortunately the overall experience did not meet our expectations. I hope this feedback will help improve the service and guest experience in the future.
