Motel 6 Great Falls, MT

My room would not lock from the outside, the tub & toilet were covered in long hair, there was a dirty sock under the bed, and the sheets were stained. I killed a couple of bugs and checked out as soon as I checked in. Expedia was very helpful in refunding my room costs. The front desk person gave me a spray bottle of some cleaner and a rag and pair of gloves so I could clean the toilet to use before I checked out. Never book a room here.

The lady at the desk kept giving me new rooms to try but didn’t come look. Finally we just pulled the sheets off and got clean ones and made our own bed. We wanted to queen beds ended up in one queen said we could use the hideaway bed. Was too scared to pull it out. The bed was so warped. We asked for $ back lady at the desk said can’t cause we booked through Expedia. I called Expedia nothing is resolved. I’m very disappointed. It was late when we got in and I had already paid so didn’t want to find another hotel. They even said well it’s hit and miss with the cleaners. The reviews didn’t look bad. Well it was awful! And no customer service I just want $ back. I have never stayed at a hotel that bad before. I sent a review that night and no one responds.

The only good thing about this trap house of a Motel 6 is that the fro t desk staff were nice. That's it. The rest was not even worth the one star. It was just a dingy, grimy and gross place. The whole first floor smelled like a high school locker room and weed. The sheets were nasty, there were stains on the comforter, something frozen and growing a life form in the freezer part of the mini fridge. The floor was as sticky as a 2 year old's hands after ice cream, and the towels had quite a bit more hair than I like in my towels. I know it's a Motel 6, but it should be a Motel 2. The one star is about two stars too many. I cannot recommend this place.

Beds were not clean they reused the same sheet for next occupants had hair all over the sheets

It was good, we just stayed one night on our way south. Ample parking, good working a/c. Easy check in and check out.

Overall cleanliness was deplorable. Floors were filthy. Small fridge in the room was frosted over. Toilet seat was in bad repair. It was even hard to find the entrance to the hotel, even using GPS! It felt dodgy, the parking lot was very poorly lit, and a number of sketchy looking characters appeared to be just hanging around outside. Do not book this Motel 6.

Would not recommend staying here. We had to switch rooms as the first one looked like it had been used, with stained bed sheets and wet towels in the bathroom. There was also an odd smell. We were moved to a different room where it was clear it needed some work to be done on the walls and floors done. The AC smelled like mold when turned on and the "clean" towels all had hair or dark marks.

The room wasnt very clean and had a fair bit of damage throughout , there was a woman in her underwear sat in reception and then sleeping in her car outfront , we decided to leave a day early ajd stay elsewhere

Cockroach crawling under bed, room was left undone from the previous use. Dirty over all. Will never ever visit this place again even if it’s free!!!

The front desk lady was absolutely amazing that was about 8 pm, I hadn't made it to my room until about 1130pm. At first glance it looked clean but I entered the bathroom there was hair in bottom of tub and it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in several stays. There was no restock on towels and there was no hand rags or facial rags at the sink. Mini fridge was wide open the room definitely had not been swept or mopped.

Nothing Did not stay after seeing two filthy rooms and still unable to get a discount Bed linens not changed. Had fresh yellow stains on sheets. Bed was made. Other bed had stains and something red on cover. Hallways stained. Strong smell of weed. On check in told no fights, no fires, no felonies. After seeing two filthy rooms and feeling unsafe. Decided not to stay. Front desk told me to go through booking.com. Booking.com and myself have not been able to get a hold of hotel management for a refund. Disgusting place.

We got in at 10pm and needed to leave at 3am for a flight so we didn’t have much of a choice but to stay. Hopefully there aren’t any critters coming home with us.

Hotels.com you need to do better and have this dump available on your website! In my personal opinion, it should be closed down so to its disrepair and filth. Honestly, I’m going to be extremely hesitant to use your website from on
