Breakfast was ok. Bed sheets stained. Nothing was wiped down. Floor was dirty and sticky I have stayed here several times. Maybe new owners but definitely went down hill. Will not be back

We checked in and ended up leaving instantly as we felt super uncomfortable... man was freaking out calling cops when we were checking in saying these people took their money and had guns... their room was doors from us, and we were totally freaked out.. cops were there and every! Extremely horrible! The guy was yelling at the front desk man, and he continued checking us in.. the whole situation was uncomfortable

Clean room. Great location. Breakfast selections were basic, but fresh. The bathroom had a fan (always a plus in my book). The room was quiet. The only drawback, is that my room was on the second floor and there is NOT an elevator.

The Baymont is a bit run down in appearance but rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Pretty close to Lambeau field but you don"t have to pay 600 dollars per night. The breakfast was quite good.

Traveling with family, but no elevator for a stroller or luggage. Horrible smell in the hallways. Everything was poor quality.

Location Cleanliness, smell, staff
-
While I thought the location was ideal for area restaurants and shops, I felt some of the staff was helpful, while at the same time, I had a real problem with one of the housekeeping staff. This individual apparently had some kind of attitude problem when it came to asking about cleaning my room. He just knocked on the door announcing his was part of housekeeping. Apart from that, he was very rude by motioning with his hand to get out of the room so he can replace the sheets and towels. I took serious offense to this and normally I don't do reviews like this, but this had to be addressed. I'd be willing to stay at this property again, provided staff be taught to treat guests with courtesy and respect.

The location is good especially if going to a game or have an early/late flight. It felt safe and was near restaurants and stores The strong smell - maybe cleaner maybe just “air freshener” was overwhelming and made me feel a little sick. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy bags or mobility impairment try to ask for a first level floor. The cleaning wasn’t great (lots of stuff between the bed and wall so vacuuming was cursory). Sheets seemed clean. The staff was very rude. The breakfast was limited but what you expect, however the cream was bad so it curdled immediately.

I'll start with what I didn't like, because the only good thing was the manager was nice. The check-in process was probably the longest I've ever had before and that was with reservations so I'm not sure what the problem was. We were then told at the end of the ordeal that we were for some reason getting an upgrade. Great! Then were told shortly after that the room wasn't ready so we're just going to have to settle for our original room. The entire 2nd floor smelled like stale cigarettes with perfume or something sprayed to try to cover it up even though all rooms were non-smoking. It was pretty gross. The room itself was absolutely freezing when we got in, clearly someone cranked the AC and left it like that. There was no thermostat or anything to regulate the temperature. There was no toilet paper so we asked the desk how long they open on way out. We were told open 24/7. When we got back there was nobody there and a guy standing there trying to check in telling us he's been there several minutes ringing the bell. Ended up calling the front desk from his cell phone and someone came from upstairs finally so we could get our TP. When I pulled the covers off the bed there were multiple stains on the sheet and there was hair in shower. Breakfast was a joke. They were supposed to have sausage, eggs but when we got there everything was gone by 8 a.m. even though it runs until 9. No bread, no milk for cereal, nobody around again to ask for anything. Not staying again.
