Spark by Hilton Green Bay

Overall good, no microwave in the room. One available at front desk.

The rooms was clean and staff was helpful during check-in. I would stay here again if I visit Green Bay in the future.

Overall, it was fine for a quick overnight stay. Our room was an odd number which is closer to the interstate so it was rather noisy. The breakfast was pretty basic but enough. The room itself was nice - although we did find an emptu Sprite nottle thay had rolled near the bed that was not ours. Location wise was perfect to restaurants.

Hotel was very clean and nice! Beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was great the first night but the second night the floors were dirty and hot tub was dirty. Just a quick clean up on pool floors would have been good. Overall great stay though.

Def not a Hilton. Bad bfast small dirty pool gross.

Initially, first room was great, but toilet was a little too low, as my wife had shoulder surgery couple of weeks ago. Asked if there was handicap room with higher toilet n it had railings n they put us in there asap. This hotel will b our go to motel whenever we hit Green Bay or other cities. 💯👏👍

Hotel and staff were great and helpful. Front desk lady was helpful on getting us in early.

When we checked in on 8/7 in the afternoon the employee that was working was so sweet and amazing. I didn't get her name, I just wanted her to know that I saw her and appreciate the kindness.

Room was clean. One of the pillows had hairclippings on it. The room had a connecting door that let every sound from the other side through!

Very comfortable! Convenient location and tons of options for dinner nearby. Continental breakfast options were excellent too. Would stay again!

We went to the pool the following night and there were no towels. I went to the front desk and asked for some and was given 1. I told them there were 4 of us and was told that’s all they could give me and that they had to save the rest for the guests. I’m sorry…I’m a paying guest!!! My husband ended up going to our room and getting our room towels which meant we had no towels for showers the next morning. This was our first time staying here since it changed to The Spark and I can honestly say it was not a good experience. We will probably give it another try and hopefully have a better one next time.

It is a decent hotel and a good value for the money. The mattress was comfortable. We’d definitely stay there again. There was a bit of a musty smell in the bathroom which was coming from the shower curtain. The bed pillows were rather thin and not very supportive. Breakfast choices are on the sparse side.

The shower had mold on the walls. Our toilet backed up and we weren’t using it. The carpets were filthy.
