Bright, comfortable room. Decent location to entertainment and food. Could use more parking spaces. Pool, spa area was closed.

This is a great hotel to stay at. My family strictly enjoyed this day even though they’re going through modeling. Staff is very friendly and recommend the hotel than anyone.

When we pulled up the front facade was being worked on but looked run down. Gave it the benefit of the doubt. Lobby is beautiful…and that’s where it ends. The doors aren’t aligned properly so there’s gaps either on the side or under. The noise level is ridiculous. The floor above us was stomping and running well past 2:45 am. You could hear the tv of other rooms, the toilets flush, the water running, hair dryers and doors slamming. The bath tub was sunken in the middle making you feel like it may collapse. The breakfast is minimal. The pool is small. The elevator is old and questionable. It was honestly so bad that I forfeited my last 2 nights and booked a hotel elsewhere. We’ve stayed in many low-middle level hotels and this one by far was the worst.

Everything was very nice at this place. They were remodeling and that was the reason there was activity around the building. When they are done it will be beautiful.

We booked our stay last minute. We were attending a concert in Sturgeon Bay and did not have time to check-in to the hotel prior to making our show. I called the hotel and the staff was extremely accommodating. We checked in late, nearly 12am, and it was a breeze. Our room was ready, clean, and cooled down very quickly. The pool is being renovated, but we never heard a sound from the construction. Everyone was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy to find, great value, comfy bed, shower had great water pressure The shower curtain was too short so the water made a mess. Construction out front and the workers left debris all over the front and sidewalk, boards with nails, tools left overnight. Looked very messy.

A great place to stay. They were doing some remodeling inside and out but I’d stay here again.

Crispy bacon, the best! Staff were super helpful Hot Tub was the main thing I filtered my search on, and it wasn’t working. Hallways and elevator were dirty, dinged up, button to push worked but it also looked and felt beat up.

And hot tub. Both were closed for renovations. The third floor smelled of urine. The room was not very clean. The stairwell smelled of smoke. The elevator carpet was dingy and smelled. We checked in at 1:30 am (late as we were driving from another state for a medical emergency) and we checked out by 8:30 am. We had originally booked for two nights, we cancelled our second. I do not recommend.

The pool and spa were going through an update and were closed but didn't see anything on the page announcing that fact.
