Super 8 by Wyndham Green Bay Near Stadium

The hotel location is closer to the daily necessities stores. This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever experienced in my decades of existence. The room assigned to me was covered in dog hair, and the bedding had a visible bloodstain that was not changed throughout the three days I stayed there. I repeatedly complained about the condition of the room, but nothing was done to address the issue. I suffered from allergies throughout my entire stay, and the room also had a very unpleasant, musty odor. The level of cleanliness and customer service was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy, let alone my friends or family. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.

We went out to eat most of the time, we did grab coffee, juice and fruit. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but there were a few areas that could be improved. At breakfast, the coffee ran out, and when it was finally replaced, the staff member who came to refill it seemed inconvenienced, which was disappointing. I also noticed a guest placing buttered bread directly into the toaster, even though there was a clearly posted sign stating not to put butter or other items in the toaster because it could cause a fire. I mentioned it to one of the employees, who then addressed the situation. It may be helpful if those safety signs were posted in both English and Spanish so all guests can easily understand them. One other suggestion would be to have staff monitor the breakfast area a little more closely. There were a few guests handling food and touching multiple items without taking any, which made the area feel less sanitary for others. A little more supervision during breakfast would help create a more comfortable experience for all paying guests. I offer these comments as constructive feedback and hope they are helpful, as I believe these are all issues that could be addressed fairly easily.

Dirty, dusty ceiling. Tub and shower were dirty with hair in it. No microwave in room but my family had a microwave in theirs. Staff was ok.

Great place for the money clean and good staff. Great location.

I had to return to Madison a day early, and was not able to get a refund for the second day of my stay. So, your inflexibility on that score makes me less likely to stay at a super eight in the future.
