Stayed there during the Cape Town Marathon event. The staff is exceptional! Friendly, warm and so welcoming

The staff was great from the first moment we walked in the door. Our room was wonderful. We enjoyed having the bathroom facilities in a separate room. Each day the room was cleaned so when we arrived back at the hotel all we needed to do was fall asleep. We loved having a welcome drink upon arrival too, and each day there was a wonderful cake to sweeten our pallet after a long day of sightseeing. No questions were left unanswered. We also had to opportunity to have our luggage stored during our last day since our flight was not until later in the day. Great place!! The bathroom area was cooler than the bed area. It was difficult for handwash things to dry overnight.

The staff were exceptionally nice and the vibes of the hotel were perfect. We were walking distance to all sorts of shops and restaurants and centrally located for most of the tourist sites. The room was excellent and relaxing. It felt like a stylish home away from home

Loved our room . We felt we have our own sanctuary right on the pool. Loved the friendliness of the staff. Love the location, hotel layout , pool and grounds. Breakfast was excellent too. 2 issues- 1 my emails regarding the airport transfer were never responded to. We did not get a tour of the hotel. Only by chance did we discover the roof top terrace. It would be nice to have a list of restaurants for UBER EATS. Bed was hard, but we slept well. Don't cook the bread for the sandwich. It was hard as rock.

The location required being driven to all activities and dinners. We ventured out for a long walk to Sea Point but needed a ride back as we were told walking at night was unsafe.

The staff was the best part. They helped us so much with tours and transfers even saving us from a last minute cancelation from Get your Tour Guide. Really recommend!

Everything was excellent apart from a slightly noisy AC unit which we didn’t discover till trying to sleep, but would still stay there again.

Everything perfect so highly recommend this place to base yourself for a few days in CT. Wonderful staff (literally everyone), smiley, helpful, friendly. Amazing breakfast (I am a hotel owner myself and I don't get easily impressed: everything spot on and fresh, eggs benedict superb but every single dish we tasted was excellent. Nice outdoor and indoor dining area. Rooms was very good size, cleaning was excellent, bed very comfortable. Location for us worked very good, a few minutes walk to the V&A and many restaurants close by. Highly recommended! Nothing, everything was perfect.
