Room was good. Roll in shower needs attention. Water ran out onto floor.

awesome stay little noisy with guest though

I was traveling alone, and it was important to me that the property be in a safe well-lit area with easy parking. My room was clean, and I appreciated the courtesy of the staff.

Cons: The room was a bit dated as the top of the closet was peeling and the bench fabric as well. The beds were lackluster and I found hair under the sheets and a few stains on the comforter. We made it work, but for the costs, expectations were high. Would I Book Again: If the rooms are updated to match the lobby asthetic and the amenities are upgraded, I would book again.

Will definitely stay again soon.

Very clean rooms and good staff. The only thing I didn't like was paying for parking but the price wasn't bad.

Property needs to be updated! Not enough outlets in the room and the elevators extremely slow.

Only 1 of the elevators were operating. If not a Hilton Honors member they will charge for parking which is ridiculous since the hotel is remote and has its own surface parking. No valet or garage parking offered.

Hilton Greenville was excellent! The room was clean, comfortable and accessible. The hotel itself was clean, looked expensive and was in a nice area. I will say, there was only 1 of 3 elevators working at the time and it was incredibly slow. The hotel was allowing customers to use the service elevator at the time which was nice, but also slow due to so many people using it. We went up and down the stairs which was totally fine with us tho! Overall, we had a wonderful experience. We will definitely be staying here more in the future. 9/10 recommend!

Hotel feels dated. Our room as smokey but they helped us change -- queen beds on the small side. Not the best area. But otherwise satisfactory.

It was a huge relief to stay here (after a poor stay at another hotel on the night before). Really appreciated the extremely clean rooms, great tv, beautiful and sparkling shower, fresh fruit infused water in the lobby, helpful and kind staff. Highly recommend!!

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else

The dated rooms were not the quality I expect from Hilton. I have stayed in quite a few this summer and this one by far was the worst one. Elevators did not work properly and having to take freight elevators was not in my plans.

Front desk staff was great and the overall experience staying was awesome.
