Quality Inn & Suites Greenville - Haywood Mall

The property was clean with great staff workers, the breakfast was okay the waffles were light and fluffy but the grits were not completely cooked. Wished we had stayed here rather then the other hotel. If you want peace and quiet this is the place to stay did not here neighbors on each side or above my room.

Room was good and clean. Breakfast was good on weekend and okay on weekdays. Pool was clean and properly mantaince. Overall hotel sorroundings were clean and in order. I would stay again.

First stay ever at a Quality Inn and it was not good. The room we were assigned was not cleaned well. There were "personal" hairs on the bed, sink and tub areas. The floor was not swept or mopped. Debris on the floor was in the corners and along the wall. Everything in the room needed to be replaced. Couch sagging, furniture very worn. Pull out sofa was disgusting....the pad looked as if it had never been washed, same for one of the bed pads. Went to front desk and was given another room. It was better. However, I will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

The owners were very nice, and the breakfast was good! The front desk could have been better though. Everything was ok!

Close to the mall and places to eat. The a.c. leaked a lot of water and went into the floor, and the dirty brown water came up from under the floor when walking on it and got all over. Breakfast food ran out I'd stuff quick and didn't replace. 830am there was no more food and was told breakfast is over at 9. So they aint making anymore food. The eggs weren't even done, they were sooo wet and had a funky odor. There was no milk (it ran out and no refilled, same with cereal). The night shift lady was friendly. The day shift one had all attitude and spoke to us like we worked there. Seemed very agitated with her job. Would not stay there again.

I guess you get what you pay for! It was cheaper than most! The room was nothing like it looked in the pictures. Felt like a converted storage room!
