Great hotel close for everything you needs.

Yes it was nice very clean smell clean inside and the lobby my husband lived we travel to Greenville SC every two weeks for my husband work Well it was a loud noise like running water from upstairs, We had the 3rd floor, also I think room need coffee maker ,I brought my own coffee maker because my loves coffee in the morning but everything else was excellent Staff were super nice and friendly.also pool will be wonderful but we will be back .

The location The worst staff i have ever encountered

It was very clean and smelled good in the main parts of the hotel The room had a very weird and bad smell to it, I didnt like that if u needed new towels you had to bring the old ones down to the lobby in order to get your new ones

The new room has some flaws where the door does not catch you have to slam it closed to lock and the under light on the microwave will not shut off which is annoying when trying to sleep. Overall the rooms are clean and tidy;the staff are helpful and friendly which are all a plus when staying in a hotel. I would stay here again because of the cleaniness of the hotel and great staff but not more than 4 days. I have never stayed at a hotel where you have to pay for better wifi services, where the room is cleaned once every 2 weeks for extended stay, and you have to take your own trash out. The convenience of the full size refrigerator and stove top helps when preparing your food helping a family of 3 save money from takeout.

How close it was to food places The beds where not good I felt like I was going to break it and the water pressure was horrible

Looking forward to my next stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Love being able to stay in and cook when I didn’t want to go out.

Lighting was poor, either super bright or dark. Never could figure out the lamp by the bed. 2 adults with 2 towels and 2 washcloths, thats it, when I asked for more I was told I could "trade in" what I had in the room. Staff were polite but minimally helpful-I felt like a bother to the staff and the hotel was minimal.

At first I was hesitant because the hotel did not offer a full kitchen with an oven but once I gained access to my room I was happy I made reservations. The hotel was very clean and all the staff I came in contact with from housekeeping to management were helpful, polite, and always greeted us with a smile. I recommend this hotel location to any traveler, the only downside is the wifi service is not good unless you pay $6.99 for 3 devices or $12.99 for unlimited devices with higher download streaming. The location is very convenient close to the mall, restaurants and highway.
