La Quinta by Wyndham Haywood Mall-Near Greenville Downtown

The view from the location is amazing, Greenville, SC. The stuff was helpful, polite and pleasant to talk with. I've stayed in LA Quinta before therefore and always enjoyed it.

It was absolutely amazing. The room was especially especially cleaned. Breakfast was very hot and warm. The staff was friendly. We had a wonderful time. It was his 54th birthday. We had a great time.

I did not get my wake up calls despite contacting the front desk each day and requesting them. Need to be more diligent about completing them.

Air conditioner worked when it wanted to work either I was freezing or I was extra hot I was going to check out and requested a refund but was denied a refund ao I stayed and suffered

Air conditioning barely worked

I didn't like that breakfast was always the same every day. Also, the room key did not always work you had to go back to the front desk to have your key reactivated.

The room felt grubby. The key needed to be rekeyed every time I came back k to the room.

I prefer LaQuinta, mainly because of the hot breakfast, which was pretty good as always. With this particular LaQuinta, the shower water pressure could’ve been better. The surrounding area was full of shopping and restaurant choices.

Really bad experience

The lobby was very hot and not suited for enjoying breakfast in the morning due to the uncomfortable temperature but the room was clean and cool and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful! The hotel observes quiet hours from 10pm to 7am which was awesome to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep! The beds were comfortable and I actually had a sheet, blanket and comforter on the bed which was so much like home
