Comfort Inn Greenville - Haywood Mall

It was perfect for our one night day. Friendly stay, nice continental breakfast, Easy, Parking, and clean room. Thank you!

The breakfast was poor. They do not have real butter, only margarine. There is cereal, but you have to find the milk, it is in the refrigerator. The coffe is hoorible. It tastes like cheap diner coffee. even the room coffee is terrible.

It was close to restaurants and shops

The room was clean. It just had mold inside it and behind the air condition was very dirty.

Very clean hotel in a good location (safe, close to ammenities). This is a "contractor" hotel, but everyone was nice and no riff raff / noise going on. Great breakfast (better than more $$ hotels).

Entire Staff was kind and pleasant ,, our room ceiling had water stains and shower wasn’t very hot but it was a mile from where we needed to be ,, a decent stay but the place definitely needs TLC

Staff were all cold. Not the cleanest. Crazy price for the place. Had a death in the family and needed to leave a day early, they wouldn’t respond to the refund request. Wouldn’t recommend

I would not recommend this property at all. I stayed there because I would not get a refund.

We were traveling with our grandsons and needed connecting rooms. The hotel guaranteed them and made sure to follow up the day of to make sure we were aware that they had already been blocked for us. Breakfast was great and a combination of cold and hot items. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable of about the area. Would definitely come back.

Additional minor comments regarding the cleanliness and the overall building: Throughout the hotel, multiple floors were mismatching, including inside the elevator. There were no pictures in the halls or rooms and it did not feel inviting. I heard noises from other rooms playing loud music/loud talking. We had two staff members that were really nice and one who checked us in that was very short and not hospitable. We did have some positives, including the free breakfast, proximity to the Haywood Mall, the Zoo, and Downtown. The parking was accessible and easy to navigate. It is also off the street some so you don’t hear as much traffic noise or the interstate. Overall, it was an okay experience. Works well if you are on a budget.
