Comfort Inn Greenville - Haywood Mall

We were traveling with our grandsons and needed connecting rooms. The hotel guaranteed them and made sure to follow up the day of to make sure we were aware that they had already been blocked for us. Breakfast was great and a combination of cold and hot items. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable of about the area. Would definitely come back.

Additional minor comments regarding the cleanliness and the overall building: Throughout the hotel, multiple floors were mismatching, including inside the elevator. There were no pictures in the halls or rooms and it did not feel inviting. I heard noises from other rooms playing loud music/loud talking. We had two staff members that were really nice and one who checked us in that was very short and not hospitable. We did have some positives, including the free breakfast, proximity to the Haywood Mall, the Zoo, and Downtown. The parking was accessible and easy to navigate. It is also off the street some so you don’t hear as much traffic noise or the interstate. Overall, it was an okay experience. Works well if you are on a budget.

We spent a pleasant night. Parking was fine. Room clean and comfortable.

The thick comforters on the beds, the nice quality towels and amount of towels all together in the room, the pool was nice, the breakfast was pretty good. hair around the bathtub, the side doors wouldn't open up this morning when I was checking out so had to tote all of my luggage to the front and move my car all while I had two small children with me, didn't like how housekeeping was waiting outside my door when we were leaving , it wasn't even 1030am yet , made me feel like I was being rushed out of the room.
