Everything was very clean. Showers were safe. 2grab bars. Breakfast was very good.

The staff was friendly, the place was clean and the beds were comfy I booked this hotel because of the pool. There was supposed to be an indoor pool and there wasn't. The place was under construction. They should update their listing with this information

Holiday inn is always my to go hotel when traveling! Rooms are big and clean .

location They were under construction . No one told us . pool closed, no discount, no front desk go in side door to check in \out .not worth the time or money.

The hotel was not advertised as being totally under renovation. Like, only one elevator working, floors tore up and workers everywhere. Swimming pool not open, Breakfast service is in a small room off the side door... We were charged full price. Staff said it was Hotel.com fault because they have asked for the 3rd party site to be updated to show they are under renovation. And.. an adjustment on price would be necessary to make a stay fair for the traveler. I'm waiting to hear back, as we had to leave early, we couldn't keep 4 kids in that environment for a vacation. We also need our refund on the two rooms and the nights we didn't stay. It's hard to get a hold of customer service.

Fair Location, near alot of things that are easy to get to

The pictures and positive reviews do NOT reflect the current condition of this hotel. It was undergoing a remodel that was a huge inconvenience. The lobby/front desk was a person standing in a doorway of a room with a laptop. There was construction mess directly in the areas we had to roll our luggage. The room was clean and remodeled but very poor quality construction. The ice machines did not work on several floors and could only be obtained on the main floor. The smoke detectors in the hallways were covered in plastic which did not seem safe. The continental breakfast was in a makeshift meeting room with construction actively taking place, workers working, and with their personal bikes parked by the tables. Would NOT recommend staying here.

Nothing,I did not check in because construction was inside and out, and they did not have no running hot water. They said someone was coming the next day to fix it, and I was not paying 236.00 to get poor service, so at this point, I'm making sure they do not charge my credit card for services unrender. The ladies running the breakfast were very friendly and ensured everything was very clean. The lady, Savannah was really friendly and apologetic when we told her what happened during Che out. Nowhere on the website did it say under construction. There was dust from interior building renovation everywhere with a horrific smell. The guy who checked us in was rude and allowed a large family reunion staying there smoke weed in the building and allow kids to run up and down halls, in and out of elevators, the guest shouting and playing loud music after 11 pm.

We were not informed that the hotel was under construction or that there was no pool.

Under construction. Rooms were nice however this hotel is under construction. Their check in desk is a computer stand at the corner of a hallway. Breakfast room has giant banquet tables for sitting. We stated only one night. During construction would not recommend for longer stays.

Please be informed that the hotel is undergoing renovations and they fail to inform guests in advance. I was staying on the third floor, where there were exposed wall parts with visible mold growth. The condition inside the rooms was equally concerning. The pillows had a distinct sweat smell. To make matters worse, when I approached the front desk to request fresh pillows, they were simply unavailable.

I showed up at 2am and the hotel didn't have my reservation

I was not informed of the construction when I made my reservation. Main entrance was closed. There was a small side door marked temporary entrance on the side of the building and the front desk was out of a hotel room. My room was renovated and clean however my window was covered in plastic on the outside and the pool was closed. They said they would give IHG points to comp and didn't.
