Staff was perfect - extremely nice and upfront that room cleaning will only occur when requested, room was clean, the breakfast was unfortunately the worst I’ve seen. Refrigerated omelets for you to microwave, the only fresh hot option was the waffle maker. Everything else was packaged or refrigerated. Coffee didn’t taste like coffee.

Very close to food stores, super clean and the staff very kind, also includes breakfast. If I returned to Greenville I gonna be at this hotel

I will highly recommend your establishment to anyone. The bed was extremely comfortable, room VERY clean, bathroom was nice sized and super clean. Only thing I can think of and I meant to mention it, I think the HVAC unit either needs the coils cleaned or might need a little Freon. It didn’t get good and cold but I was very comfortable and so it was Ok I did mean to mention it to the gentleman Wed morning at check out. Thank you again, Rebecca Hazelwood-Miller

When I walked into the room, there was a foul smell I believe coming from the air conditioner, that barely worked, and filled the room. The shower floor was also pretty dirty. The next morning, I went down for breakfast, craving some grits that was on the menu at the front desk only to find toast, muffins and waffles. Oh, and some cereal and yogurt. I've stayed in worse but ive also had better experiences at this specific hotel.

I would have liked some bacon and sausage as choices for breakfast.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok meaning just like in any other budget hotel. More low sugar options for breakfast would be nice.

Breakfast was also disappointing. The only decent options were toast and waffles. They used paper plates that were thinner than napkins, and after a few days they stopped restocking basic items like bananas. Instead, they filled the area with cheap four-pack cookies to make it look like there were more choices. To make matters worse, guests seemed to place everyone in the same section of the same floor, so every night there was constant door slamming and noise. The walls and floors are so thin that you can hear every footstep from the room above. I stayed for seven nights, and unfortunately the experience never improved. I would strongly recommend spending a little more money on a different hotel. The small savings aren't worth sacrificing cleanliness, comfort, and a good night's sleep. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Property feels clean and modern.

I had asked for service. I left 20 dollars tip they left two bath towels, one hand towel, two wash clothes. The beds were not made the baskets were emptied. We asked for a awakeup call and didn’t get it. The breakfast was okay but everyday someone had to ask for plates or napkins. We will not stay there again. Ed Ranous

The room was clean. The hallway had a slight mildew smell and one of the bathroom towels was dirty when we checked in. We called about the towel and they brought us clean replacements right away.

The rooms are reasonably priced and the hotel is near shopping centers and restaurants.

Mediocre customer service from night desk manager. Dirty lobby and food area, AC units in the room very loud, parking lot used by trucks that make a lot of noise thru the night. Will never stay there again.
