The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was good. The only thing I didn’t like is not being able to walk around the hotel. You need a vehicle to get around due to no walkways around the area.

The hotel was beautiful. Also, it’s attached to Ruth Chris and they offer room service. Every time I go to Greenville I will be staying here. I’d give this hotel 10 stars if I could.

Absolutely loved our stay. Everyone was so friendly helpful. Front desk staff were amazing.Hotel was immaculately clean with everything you need right there, breakfast and bar.The gym and indoor pool were just the perfect extra bonus.Hotel is near everything you need. I would definitely book here again.

My AC didn’t reach and remain at the set temperatures causing the room to good from cold to warm throughout the night.

The buffet breakfast was okay. We need breakfast to go to 10:30am. The rooms needs updating. Al well as the vending and ice machines. I had to travel to the bar for ice.

The restaurant staff was very rude. However, the hotel staff was very nice very considerate and they always took the time to greet you.

The hotel was very clean. I loved the sitting area in the lobby. The bar and restaurant definitely a plus. The rooms could be upgraded a little & maybe more spacious but overall our stay was nice.
