The property needs to be updated ! There was trash overflow and the 3 rd floor smelled. We didn’t even have a hair dryer in our room and when we asked for one and a couple more wash cloths we never received any ! We will NEVER stay at this place again. There wasn’t an ice bucket in the room either and our window blinds were torn and didn’t work. The front desk wasn’t ANY help ! Save your money people, look elsewhere !

Biggest issue: extremely poor management. Booked 2 rooms for a Saturday night with a huge concert nearby (Ella Langley & Morgan Wallen). While planning transportation, I called 2 weeks in advance to request early check in (standard is 3 p.m.). I was told it would be absolutely no problem; they promised my rooms would be ready no later than 1 p.m. I made them aware of the concert & the expected demand. I offered to pay extra to ensure my 2 rooms would be ready & available; I reiterated that I would be booking bus travel to the show that would require my brother & I to depart by 2:30 if they could guarantee it. The Manager's response confirmed that our rooms would be ready no later than 1 p.m., no extra payment was necessary, do not worry... My brother arrived at 1:15. I arrived at 1:50. Our rooms were not ready. We were told: we're sorry, we didn't expect so much occupancy, so the cleaning staff is behind. There's nothing we can do. I literally brought this to their attention to prevent this! We offered to just check-in to get our room keys to have that part out of the way; we just wanted to use the bathroom & it to be ready when we returned. We did not care if it would be cleaned while we were away. Nope. Company policy. Finally checked in after the show at 2 a.m. Surprised they hadn't resold our rooms. They were 100% full. They probably would have if we hadn't made a fuss earlier.

When I arrived, they told me they did not have a room, and that it was first come, first served even though I had a reservation. When I questioned how that could be, suddenly they had one they could get ready. When we got to the room, it was disgusting. The bedding was very dirty, and the bathroom was not clean. It smelled like someone had smoked in it, and they had just sprayed something to mask the smell. The workers did not care and were not at all helpful.

The worst place I’ve been in my life!

If you come across this hotel, please stop and do not book a room!! I cannot emphasize this enough. After attending the Morgan Wallen concert last night, we were unable to find any available rooms in Clemson or Anderson. Greenville was the next closest option, so after traveling nearly four hours, we booked a room at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Greenville simply because we needed somewhere to stay for the night. I completely understand that hotels raise their rates during major events. That is expected. A room that normally costs around $60 was increased to $153 for the night because of the concert, and while I understood the price increase, I expected the room to at least meet basic standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Unfortunately, this room was absolutely unacceptable. The condition of this room was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The toilet was disgusting, there was hair in the bathtub that did not belong to me or the person I was traveling with, and there were fingerprints, dirt, and grime throughout the room. It was not just a minor housekeeping issue — it was clear that this room had not been properly cleaned at all. When I brought my concerns to their attention, I was assured that the room had, in fact, been cleaned. However, I know without a doubt that this room had not been cleaned to any acceptable standard. The pictures I took will speak for themselves and clearly show that this room

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I was with my son from out of state for a baseball tournament and we left the first night around 1:30 am when there was an active drug deal right outside our door, while a lady was screaming that her significant other was beating her! The bathroom and showers were covered in mold, hair and a questionable black substance stained the shower. My sheets had gross brown marks and when I asked for new linen, I was told I would have to wait til 8am when housekeeping got there. I told them that I wasn’t going to stay awake all night waiting for clean sheets! The last straw was hearing the woman screaming that she was being beat! Worst experience I’ve ever had a hotel and I have traveled a lot!!

Thank you Days Inn Roper Mountain Rd Greenville SC - We love staying with y'all!
-
The air conditioning was good, the hot water pressure in shower was goid, the staff was good. Pets okay.

The pool is refreshing and not huge but not too small either. The pool hours though have been changed: pool opens 8am and closes at 8pm. I work 8am to 5, 6 or 7pm depending on the day. So it's inconvenient for me however the Day Clerk explained that patrons were not following the rules with playing loud music and prolonging the exiting of the pool at 10pm so they changed it to 8pm

Everything was comfortable, efficient and convenient to our location . We went bowling down the street at Spare Time and had a treat when we went to Red Lobster for dinner and Strossners Bakery for dessert! Delicious and then had an amazing night's sleep - didn't hear the traffic, the AC was cool and soothing, the staff always so helpful

The refrigerator and microwave helps our stay more like home. We love you Days Inn!!

Place was not well maintained
-
The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful. My only minor complaint was the traffic noise. Great hotel for the price!
-
Room was clean and well stocked. Staff were excellent. Overall public areas were just not clean, strong smell of marijuana in and by elevator, breakfast underwhelming. Overall, place is VERY run down, needs a visual and sensual (smell) update. The hotel had an overall unpleasant stench.

It's old rundown and doesn't look like the pictures I didn't really feel safe although I was by myself and I'm a single female. I'm sure it's fine it just wasn't my cup of tea

If you are looking for a reasonable price for a place to sleep this place works but it is very rundown, not clean and difficult to get anyone at the front desk.

Great place will probably be back

-
The staff were amazing! If you go to breakfast get there early because people can be greedy! Don’t walk barefooted in the room because our feet were black. I would return but I’ll bring my slippers

the place it was close to Woodruff rd
