Best Western Plus Greenville I-385 Inn & Suites

Was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at! 10/10 would reccomend and come back!

The hotel room was not very clean. We checked in our room and there was old cereal and noodles inside the ac unit. I then pulled back the sheets covers to check the sheets amd there were long pieces of black hair in the bed sheets. I went to the lobby amd asked for another room the attendant was very nice and apologized and gave us a new room promptly. The second room was a little better but still not great. There was trash behind the night table and a used cup under the sofa chair. One of The outlets was not working on the nightstand lamp and there was also thick debris and dust inside rhe bathroom fan vent. The room had a sort of moldy smell and we probably would not stay here again bc of the lack of cleanliness. Lots of pple smoking outside the building caused the hallways to smell like weed smoke at night. Parking was good and not hard to find. The staff was all very nice and attentive. And the breakfast was very good and fresh and probably the highlight of our stay. The location was great as well and if the hotel got a revamp and better cleaners we would probably come again.

The room was clean and cool and very comfortable. Stephanie checked me in and was so kind and helpful. The location was perfect for my trip. And it absolutely was the best value for the stay I had. Well done!

Beds were hard. Not sure what the hotels are like around town but wasn’t too impressed with this one. Road was a little loud.

The bath towels was small and not as fluffy as most.

Breakfast is 10/10. Rooms are very clean and bigger than usual. Will definitely be back.

Clean room and staff was friendly my only complaint was the bed extremely hard. Breakfast was great!!

We enjoyed staying here. The breakfast was delicious with an amazing selction and a great amount of time to enjoy it. My only con was the size of the dining room, it stayed full without a lot of room to move about. The rooms were decent, the beds were a little lumpy but it had a nice bathroom. Would stay again <3

The bed was very comfortable and I loved the view from the 5th floor. We could see the interstate and it was a beautiful site to see. And we loved the fact that the hotel had a gym. We went walking each day in it. And the free breakfast was delicious! I can't complain.

Exceptional

I didn’t eat breakfast but the staff was amazing. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. There was not anything that I did not like.

Property was decent visually but..BEDS ARE TERRIBLE I MEAN TERRIBLE I NEVER COMPLAINED ABOUT A BED IN 8 years as a Expedia customer.. breakfast was decent.. staff seemed cool not much interaction with them but.. my room was definitely sub par if I must say.. dated.. but it was relatively cheap I guess.

The location was great for our needs. Rooms and bathroom were refurbished

Checking in was odd because we booked ahead of time: but still required a card to check in. WiFi password was confusing until we figured out, beds were a little firm for my liking but the pillows were great. Room was clean and housekeeping was nice; parking kinda sucks tho. We didn’t eat the breakfast or use the pool/fitness center. We typically enjoyed our time in the city. But, it’s very centrally located to a lot, most things were only 10 mins away!

We stayed for our nephews wedding and there was 5 of us. The room was very clean and roomy and the 2 bathrooms were magnificent!

Best stay ever. Will be back whenever possible. Worth the price and more. Awesome breakfast. Can’t praise it enough!!!
