Homewood Suites by Hilton Greenville Downtown

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. We requested maintenance because the water in the sink and bathtub were going down slowly, and they took care of it promptly. Of note, we went during the summer when it was extremely hot out, but the pool water was always cold. One day, I went for breakfast at 9:23 am on a day it ended at 9:30 am, and the case where pastries, bagels, and bread go was empty. I'm used to hotels keeping things stocked until breakfast ends. Even though there were only a few minutes left, things like bagels and toast or muffins are the easy things you can grab and go when you go just before closing. Not only was it empty, but a staff member was putting items away. I would suggest that they wait until actual closing time. Otherwise, no issues.

Our stay was excellent and the staff was very accommodating. Would love to visit again.

We were greeted that evening by Chevon. She was terrific. Very informative of all amenities we needed to know about the hotel. We only stayed one night but will keep Homesuites on our list to return to.

Stayed there on the way to Clemson. Literally footsteps from lots of places to eat and the baseball field. Great hotel!

Beautiful hotel! Smelled amazing! I did not like the fact that guests that have reservations have to pay for the parking.

I stayed for a week and they only cleaned the room 3 days. The shower leaked all night and it was truly awful. Everything was horrible.

Great location for what we were in town for. Will definitely stay there again.

The Homewood Suites by Hilton in downtown Greenville, SC, has an excellent & convenient location! The property itself is very clean and the staff, very friendly and helpful.

We arrived and unfortunately they had a nationwide computer outage. We were ok with that, but then they sent us to two rooms already occupied before finally going to check first on a third room. The room was very clean, but the layout sinks. They put the bed and couch opposite each other and the TV on a cabinet on a sidewall. The TV swiveled, but because it was in a skinny cabinet next to a wall it could only be swiveled to sit 30° and you had to look at an angle to view it which caused a bit of neck soreness. Also the bed was very firm. I woke up 4 times the first night with soreness or numbness and had to change position. The second night I used their two extra blankets under me to make it more padded and only wore up once. Also both air conditioner and refrigerator at pretty noisy and kept me awake for a bit each time I woke up.
