Residence Inn by Marriott Greenville Downtown

Breakfast has many options food and beverage wise. The restaurant inside the hotel lobby is a delightful dinner option. The staff was incredibly friendly from the host to the bus boy, The food was delicious. Our room did have a hint of animal smell but we are not as bothered due to we like to travel with our small dog in tow. We just wish others would make sure there are no accidents or travel with the supplies to immediately disinfect in consideration of others. We will stay again!

Amenities all good. Should tell guests staying for more than one night that there is no housekeeping daily. The hand lotion is a tube and very difficult to squeeze and lotion does not easily flow. Food excellent. Gym has great amenities but needs instructions on how to work the water dispenser. Valet great. From desk does not know what is near or far just said to look at google.

Beautiful property. Walking distance to downtown and the waterfall. Breakfast was hot and fresh with plenty of seating. Fire pit at night was an amazing touch. Can’t wait to stay again

Love this hotel! It’s always clean, has a friendly staff & it’s beautiful!

Location right downtown was convenient. Breakfast was good Upon arrival there was a piece of clear piece of plastic on the floor. The towels seemed clean but there was some type of black threads that fell out. Housekeeping came in twice before checkout , which both said it was on their paper we had checked out.

Super awesome location in downtown Greenville. Close to the arena and local restaurants.

The room was fine but had two days of no hot water. Management was very slow to respond, front desk was delightful. Homeless man sitting on front cushioned bench smoking cigarette butts and selling candy all day. Another one in the lobby with long red hair wig and a mustache, someone had given him coffee. Seat cushions in pool area were stained and several were split open. Seems to have gone down since last years stay
