The physical atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful and well maintained. the staff were less than helpful. They openly admitted making an error that ended up putting an additional hold on my card in excess of $250 over what the room bill was. Their response: “we apologize but you will just need to wait for your bank to release the hold”. And they don’t provide any receipts at time of check-in or check-out….you are at the mercy of waiting for their emails.

Place is great all around, great staff! The rooms could use more towel bars/rings in bath,(only one 2ft bar), and a bar or two in the room area with hooks, no where to hang anything, (shave kit, makeup bag, purses, a t/shirt etc.,…beside the few hangers in the small closet.

We enjoyed our stay at the SpringHill suites. Staff was wonderful from check-in to any additional needs. The hotel was extremely clean and our room was perfect for our stay. Location was great would stay there again.

If I had one complaint it would be the mattress. Didn't sleep well, but my husband slept great, so could have been just me. Looking forward to my next stay.

Property was right downtown the breakfast was amazing !!!! The rooms clean parking across the street is $10 if valet is more than you want to spend. Room cleaning is every other day unless you'd like them to clean more often you can request. Staff is friendly.

Easily walked to Bon Secours. Very nice room great restaurants all around. Parking in the deck across the street was affordable and close.
