The room was very clean and the lobby

The hotel itself is wonderful! Very clean, well maintained but the staff was not very hospitable at check-in. Zero eye contact, short one word responses, and just very unfriendly. I was far more kind and friendly to her than she was to us. I also called downstairs after checking in to ask for an extra blanket and had to call 7 hrs later to ask again because we didn’t receive it.

Absolutely love this place! Staff is great. Well located with so many places and shops around.

The look and feel of the hotel is great. The outdoor courtyard is lovely. Cleanliness standards are exceptional and the staff are very friendly. Aircon set too cold in bar and restaurant and water being held by reception staff and not in rooms

This is our go-to hotel for a quick overnight trip on our way to Florida. The staff is great, and the rooms are clean and spacious. It is also well located near the foodie scene in Greenville! Fully recommend!

Staff was incredibly helpful especially car valets. Price was nuts at 28 per night. Remember this is Greenville South Carolina! Breakfast was very good lots of choices and fresh! Greenville has a terrific Main Street. Good stores, great restaurants.

The room was very clean and well maintained. The only problem was that the A/C was a little loud, but that’s not a big deal. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

The property was clean, staff very nice and the breakfast was delicious. We came to celebrate our anniversary and they surprised us with a nice treat in our room. It was a wonderful stay. We'll definitely be back!
