Staff was very friendly and communicating and location was absolutely perfect Happened to have a terrible view over the roof.

During both check in and check out we had lost luggage and valet related issues. During check in, our bags were misplaced and during check out their valet after the 6am start time, no one was in attendance to retrieve our car, making us late for a meeting.

Clean room and offered several amenities including valet parking, in-room dining (though the menu was limited), and several on-site places to buy food. Great location in downtown Greenville and it was great to not have to worry about parking.

Lobby check in is under construction so it wasn’t a grand entrance experience. When it’s completed I’m sure it will be wonderful.

The room was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are tight and toilet was a little lower than expected.

They were very helpful with taking initiative. No complaints.

This location was beautiful...we had the Friday on Main block party and Saturday Farmers market a drug store and a zillion restaurants and boutiques almost right outside the door. I am a walker and the walk to the museums, parks and river trails was very manageable. There are public restrooms and beautiful sights right in town. No need for a car rental. The restaurant in the hotel (The Roost) was excellent and very accommodating.

The staff was great, but when I went up to my room. I wasn't very impressed. There was only cold water and the toilet barely flushed. The restaurant had great servers very friendly and polite. I just wish that the water was working better.
