Passable

It was very clean close to everything. The property itself was great! My only complaint is the beds were very uncomfortable, they were very worn in, the sides have been broken down and it is very hard to sleep when you have to worry about falling out of the bed. I shorten my stay due to the bed. It was hard to want to explore the city when you are tired.

The beds and pillows were comfy, the hotel parking was great, the food was just ok. Nothing special.

Breakfast was good! Place was clean and tidy! Nathaniel at the front desk was great!

The staff were welcoming and professional. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Close to downtown and within walking to all areas. Breakfast food just ok but not something I would want to eat again. Exercise equipment was very nice.

Great overnight stay to see a concert and continue on our trip. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom was clean, comfy and well appointed. Breakfast was substantial with plenty of choices. Free parking is a plus, and the location, on edge of downtown- a short walk away, but in a quiet part of town- was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

Poor lighting in the room and the pool don’t look clean

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and the friendly, professional staff truly made my stay special. **Nathaniel at the front desk was exceptional**—welcoming, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure guests had a great experience. The other front desk employees were equally friendly and professional, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. I especially appreciated how knowledgeable the staff was about the area. They provided excellent recommendations for **local restaurants, food, shopping, and things to do**, which made it easy to enjoy the surrounding area without having to spend time searching for options. The **location is ideal**, especially if you enjoy shopping and exploring nearby restaurants and attractions. Being conveniently located near shops made getting around easy and added a lot of convenience to the stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

The staff was very helpful and nice . The rooms were mostly clean . Great location . The pool was green . I had no idea it was a pet friendly hotel . Hated being woken up by barking . I feel like there should be floors designated for those that are not traveling w pets .

The location to downtown Greenville City. The staff very professional and friendly. The property pool look in cared for. In my previous stays there it was much better. Greenville is very hot this time of year Pool should be cared for
