Alex the receptionist is amazing He helped us with our accommodations our luggage. He was very helpful with the greatest personality.

Absolutely amazing location. Staff were friendly and allowed me to drop my luggage off prior to check-in, freeing me to walk unencumbered around the city until it was time to check in. Building is very old and quite interesting, though that has some drawbacks as well. My room was quite large, and had both an upper floor and a lower floor, which was great, but the stairs to the upper floor were quite narrow. There wasn't really any other way to build the stairs, so I understand it, but going up and down felt precarious. The room had been remodeled recently, and I'm sure it looked nice when it was originally done, but some of the wallpaper was peeling, and they had attempted (unsuccessfully) to fix it using duct tape.

Alex, nice and professional administrator Small Shower Heavy traffic to get there

Great location. This room was poor in a number of respects. Lights worked intermittently; steps to the upstart bedroom are dangerous, and hard to manouver. Advertised as a room for 4; but 1 bed was a queen and the other a single or 3/4 - not room for 2 in that bed. No Kleenex; no water; no breakfast.

Exceptional

The one issue is that our room had no windows and got pretty stuffy during the night. Otherwise it was a great stay

I have to warn those that are assigned room #4 single double bed. It is basic room very dark, no TV, spotty WiFi and must walk about 40 feet to own keyed bathroom with shower very narrow space with warm ? water at best. Pls. Read small print.?

it was very musty

The place is just a minute walk to the main plaza. Room size is ok and the facilities are generally clean. There is a mini den where you can gang out if you dont like stayng inside the room. Towels are clean but worn out. Time to replace them. The outside bathroom is located far across the hall, a little inconvenient. Hot water takes time to come out. I showered with cold waternmost of time.
-
I was expecting the shared bathroom with the room I booked but was disappointed there was no hot water, neither from the sink faucet nor shower. Bed wasn't very comfortable.
-
That it's close to everything, in the middle of town. That it's quiet inside hotel. They have very small rooms. Also no television sets.
-
nothing!!! old and dirty !!!

Very good central location, interior design Hot water still didn't come after a long time, light in the bathroom only has worked sometimes

Location was great. Just loud at night. Management was horrible. The last night the manager was drunk and barged into my room at 4am while I was in bed claiming my taxi was there. He had his friends there outside of my door who were trying to intimidate me. They wouldn't leave me alone and persisted to party and be loud in the main area until 6am

The location and the views are great. The manager replied fast and explained everything very clear. The beds were comfy. I did not like that the hostel does not have reception. There is no roof in the terrace to be when it is raining. The room has almost no space between beds, however since the hostel was empty it was ok.

location was great tiny external bathroom that was difficult to maneuver in. Shower was in same space as toilet.

The hotel was in a very cute little street (where no cars drive) right in the center. So location wise amazing. The staff was super friendly! Overall the room was comfortable, bathroom was clean but very very small. The room had no window, so there was zero natural light, but since we stayed for one night we did not mind.
