The gentleman who helps us with our luggage was vey helpful and respectful. There was some inconvenience with our restroom door. The way that it was handled was disappointing, we had been traveling for quite some time and we were tired and we had to move to a lower floor when we had already unpacked our things, the lady who assisted us could leave us in the same floor. Some attitude and disrespectful.

Stunning rooftop, probably the best in the city, room was very comfortable and I appreciated having robes and slippers. Pool small and cold but nice for a quick dip. Water available daily which was also a plus. Wifi was good, staff friendly and helpful - I almost forgot my passport in the safe and they retrieved it for me. I was initially put in a downgraded room, not sure why but after I asked they put me in the correct room. There was also an issue with paying for a beer on the rooftop, I was charged almost double, but the next day when I realised and asked, they gave me a beer for free. It’s also not that convenient that you need to use your access card for electricity in the room but very minor inconveniences and it was a great stay overall.

Location was close to all central sites, room was clean and comfortable TV was only in the bedroom and not in the sitting room

Excellent service and facilities. I arrived very early in the AM, and the staff let me check-in 5 hours early. I was also there during the Jalisco cartel disruptions, and the staff made me feel well cared for and tended to during that difficult time.

Rooftop terrace is great for relaxing and enjoying sunset. Central location, close to everything, and easy to walk around. Staff is friendly and helpful. When leaving for airport, our uber driver cancelled our ride as we don’t have cash to pay him, hotel staff quickly arranged a taxi driver who can accept credit card payment. many stairs can be a challenge for those weak on mobile.

The hotel is very nice and located in an excellent area. The property is well-kept, comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace with a great view of the city. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, and the valet service was always on time and very accommodating, even though the street access is not the easiest. Overall, the hotel has everything needed for a great stay. Unfortunately, our experience was seriously affected by two major issues. First, our air conditioning only worked for one day, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Second, more than 6,000 pesos were taken from our safe during our stay. We immediately notified the front desk, and while they said they would investigate, we received conflicting information. A maintenance employee mentioned entering our room with a manager and cleaning staff to check the A/C, but later we were told that only housekeeping had accessed the room. In the end, there was no clear resolution regarding the missing money. We truly liked many aspects of the hotel and believe it could have been an excellent experience, but unfortunately these unresolved issues, especially the theft, significantly impacted our stay.

I liked most of it I didn’t like the breakfast area being outside of my room, so I’d hear people speaking really early

Property was clean and in a perfect location. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all amenities needed. They have a very nice terrace where you can relax and enjoy a drink. The shower water was never hot, just lukewarm.

There was a very great spot location. Was the hotel was beautiful?Well appointed comfortable beds nice bar. The staff a superpleasant. The coffee in the morning was delicious. I liked everything except there was no hot water ever. Not at night, not in the afternoon, not in the morning. It was lukewarm to say the least. This would totally make me stay somewhere else.

The location is fabulous, right in the heart of the city! Walking distance to everything you'd want to see. The rooftop bar\lounge is fantastic, very comfortable with great views of downtown Guanajuato. The price was higher than I would have liked.

Loved everything! We can not have breakfast in the rooftop :(
-
Beautiful and comfy place! The staff was beyond friendly, delicious food and perfect location!

This hotel is luxurious and comfortable. I loved the rooftop views. No hot water. This is inexcusable in a luxury hotel. Tepid showers really ruined our experience. The staff simply shrugged their shoulders and said that is how the water is there. Brrr.
-
No hot water and water from shower would run out of the shower not leveled drainage

Great location. Don’t drive to the hotel. Take a taxi or uber. Roads are VERY narrow. Threadbare towels. Supposed to be a luxury hotel.

The location was the best, really enjoyed our stay Not the property itself but I called ahead of time to make sure we could be picked up at the airport… I was contacted by the driver and told him we had luggage with us and told him the number of passengers and he assured me there would be no problem. When he came to the airport he was late and it was a very small car, we all packed in barley being able to fit and had to put the luggage on our laps. It was the worst ride of my life. I had a big suit case on me and couldn’t see where we were going. A few times I thought I was going to yell for the driver to stop because I’m claustrophobic and have bad knee. I made it through but it was bad,

I live that is so conveniently close to the highlights of the city center I don’t like that the walls are yo thin and you foul literally hear everything. Also the movement of people walking in the floor upstairs.

Very well located. Comfortable room and nice rooftop The parking issue is a bit annoying but it is understandable in Guanajuato, in general parking is difficult. The hotel can arrange for valet service

Bed was super comfy, room well decorated staff very nice. We needed to iron our clothes for a wedding and they provided immediately a steamer which was super great to use. For the price, I was a bit surprised to see that we are facing an interior hall/staircase where all the guest voices where echoing straight into the room. Also not great for privacy as your conversations can be easily heard. No windows to close so you can keep the sound out and light in. Just wooden panels. So you have to choose between light or privacy.
