The shower was hot. The staff was nice. The location is very convenient. It was not easy to find. There should be a big sighnage. No one was there and the door was closed when I arrived at about 6:00pm. Although I send a message to inform of my arriving time the day before, no answer. There should be some instruction about how to contact or open the door beforehand.

It’s very well located close to all that historical landmarks in Guanajuato. It was clean and King size bed comfortable. There was hot water for the shower when we arrived but the next morning there was no hot water

Great staff, and great location in historic center of town. Very nice room and very good security. it was a little hard to find because it is off any major street. They should have very clear directions on how to find it. We found it up the hill from Plaza de Los Angeles.

We didn’t know fans were available. No a/c but it wasn’t hot out so it was ok. We just opened the windows.

The hotel it’s near the downtown, very convenient. The hotel it’s up on the hills, for the taxi driver it’s a very narrow road.
