Great location, very reasonable priced. No internet connection, although it seemed we were connected to the hotel’s WiFi most of the time, but the signal was too weak. This was a big inconvenience for us. A smaller inconvenience was that there was no hot water before 8 am. As an early riser I had to make do with cold showers.

The room is a bit too hot, a fan is definitely needed for summer

Everything is retro beautiful and vibes Terrible WiFi so I can’t chill and doom scroll

The room was nice and spacious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their WIFI sucks! Bedding looks classy in the website and cheap in reality. Not enough power outlets in the room.

No breakst Mattress very hard!!!
-
Good value for the price paid, and perfect location. Mattress was rock hard, low quality pillows (overly thick and stiff), WiFi barely worked in our room, bathroom/shower was tiny and awkward. For a room with two double beds that can sleep 4, it was very crammed.

Friendly and helpful staff, Clean, comfortable, great location and beautiful! We spend 8 days on the Hotel and we never had wifi we had to go to the lobby to get a very weak connection.

Atmosphere I did not have hot water for shower during my two nights stay.

Room is comfortable and location is great. However, bathroom is tiny and dangerous with a high steps, wifi is terrible and staff are not welcoming and attentive, make you don’t feel good to stay there.
-
Perfect location. We walked everywhere The wi fi never worked. I couldn’t even get my email. The cleaning products used were very scented.
-
Convenient location When we tried to take a shower at night, the water was cold. The flushing of the toilet did not work well.
-
Excelente location! A few steps from mayor points of interest. Theatre Juarez, kissing alley and Mercado Hidalgo. A little noisy at knights but nothing a whole day walking can’t overcome
-
Great location Had to wait for the hot water about 3 min to take a shower …wasted to much water to be able to take a hot shower

nothing the girl at the front desk was so impolite, i didn't have any experience of being treated that way...i don't know what happened with her in her life... i feel really besides that.. the shower was really bad.. no hot water at all. and no WiFi signal.. worst experience at all...

The location was perfect. And the decor was very nice. There’s only hot water from 6 AM to 12 PM every day. The beds are very hard.

The staff was very helpful. Excellent. If you need hot water, you have to tell them and they would turn on the gas (I guess). But they were very friendly and nice. My room was very noisy, located right next to the road (pebbled street with cars early in the morning). I could not sleep. I requested for a room change on the last night, which was much better. The new room had no windows to the outside, but it had windows in the toilet to the inside and two small windows (high up) on the main door, which you can open at night (not dangerous). When you entered the hotel, the reception desk was on your right. Ask for a room on the side of the reception desk (quiet - close to HOTEL CASA VIDA), do not ask for a room on the side opposite the reception desk (noisy - close to Mercado De Medias). Only one socket in my old room and it was not very sturdy. Facilities a bit old, but the hotel looked nice overall.
