It was close to the downtown

The parking is included but far from premises. Near a club( not recommend if you want a quiet space) great if you want to go party ?. Restroom problems.
-
The place was very damaged and dirty and had a lot of cockroaches.

Good looking as far as being close to centro however on the 2 days of our stay a large group of teenagers or students was staying in the same hotel and they kept us up until 3:30am … I finally had to go tell them to stop and get to bed! Our car had to go off site with valet parking … when the car came back the right front fender was scratched and our rims on the passenger side were damaged from being parked right against the stone cub!

It was close to the center surrounded by different restaurants and shops The room area was small. The fan inside room didn’t work.

I didn't like that there wasn't an AC. It got hot at night, and the fan didn't help.

It is very well located close to the main square. It has parking facilities. It has a good price and it is very clean. Staff is friendly. It is not a luxury hotel. Small details require attention like the lamps and the shower. But the bed is comfortable . I would not complain about daily noise since we are early birds. And I was not bothered by any nighttime noise since I visited during the week.

The distance from hotel to attractions is the only positive Too noisy late at night into early morning. Club/Bar across the street was too loud till about 2am every night. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, pillows were even worse. Windows to lobby were not secure felt unsafe.

Great location, small and comfy room, it has a lift. Parking is a bit far, however you take your car there and they take you back to the hotel, which makes it safe to not let your car to a valet. Maybe AC could be good to add, however with the fan is ok. Bed was a bit hard, maybe for some people could be an issue, but no big deal

Area was very loud. I'm sure if I had not chosen a room with a view it would have been much better.

The pillows are old and very bad shape
-
Very clean, staff were friendly & helpful. Centrally located - everything walking distance. I loved getting my morning coffee up the street and my pan dulce & fresh OJ down the street. Just a few feet away.

Location is by far the best part about this hotel. The room was tiny, no windows. Other rooms might be better. TV poorly mounted and looked like it was about to fall from the wall, also the signal was terrible, you could not actually watch anything. Also the valet parking was sloooow. It took forever to actually get your car back.

It’s centrally located where the events and historic points are. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast. Rooms are small and very noisy-Able to hear other guest. No laundry service worth using. Our clothes was washed but smelled and were extremely stiff. The bag of clothes was thrown on our bed without being neatly folded. I paid for the service yet I didn’t get what I expected.
-
It was close to the historic center We had trouble when paying at the checkin. Booking charged us and the property wanted to charge us again because the payment wasn’t posted to there system. They didn’t do nothing to fix the problem so I had to call booking customer service and fix everything my self.

Friendly and efficient staff, kindly ladies looked after the room. Perfect location, near the Basilica, the Rivera Museum, the Alhondiga, numerous cafes and restaurants. Good stay.

Great location. Property has an elevator- one of the few in the neighborhood- maybe the only one. The staff were friendly and courteous. The tour touts in front of the hotel entrance were not annoying or aggressive. Bathroom was tiny, whereas the shower was spacious. Rooms on the front of the hotel are noisy during the Cervantino Festival, with raucous youth singing and shouting at night. I think I would recommend rooms at the back next time.
