Nice comfy ., close to downtown. Y el callejón del beso The bed sheets where dirty. Was really bad. Blood and the mattress cover .

Great hotel with delicious complimentary breakfast overlooking the city! Comfortable bed and room. The front desk team was very nice. The other guests can be a little loud, so if you’re a light sleeper ask about staying in a room farther from the main street. The hotel is also only accessible by foot. You can be dropped off at the road but then need walk and take some stairs to get to the hotel. The WiFi was not strong enough for me to work in my room, I had to go work by the front desk in their meeting room.

Everything was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. An adjustment needed to be made and upon calling the hotel the adjustment was made without any problems, again the staff was very friendly and willing to assist. We had issues with the hot water. We dont know if there was issues with the boiler or something but in the middle of the showers the water went from hot to luke warm.

2 minute walk down to central , room was confy and spacious! Had to call the front desk about hot water issues both morning, apparently an outside business did not change propane tank when asked by staff - so is normally not an issue. And one power outlet not working. Be ready for a cardio workout ( we all need) on the way back up to your room from central.
