The property was gorgeous. The garden entry, room, and terrace were tastefully manicured and comfortable. It was a great location with an incredible view. The hosts were very hospitable and accommodating. The owner met me at the secure gate on arrival then took me on a tour of all the amenities including getting the room safe set up for my stay. It was a very personal and welcoming experience. Thank you for the gracious hospitality. I would choose this small private hotel the next time I visit.

Adriana created an ambiance that is truly epic. Every detail of this artisan-style room feels authentic and everything I imagined Mexico to be and more. And the icing on the cake… that view through the bay windows. The hospitality that is given was much appreciated! ? Inclines, stairs, and a backpack kind of day. Breathless… in every way. Completely worth it. ✨

This property is BEAUTIFUL (no pictures do it justice) and made our stay so much more special.
-
A bit removed from the center, but not too bad (10-15 min walk).

The grounds are lovely, and although my room was the smallest in the place, it was delightful, with sunlight streaming in a a comfortable bed. There is a rooftop terrace overlooking the city, and the WiFi was strong and consistent. Also, the shower had plenty of hot water. My room had a separate, but private, bathroom, which wasn’t ideal but ended up being quite fine.

Clean, nice sheets, nice views. Owner took an offline (not through booking.com) $1500 deposit upon arrival, a big red flag. If she decided to keep the money for whatever reason there would be no way to appeal, etc. Owner had very disagreeable interpersonal communication. Was looking for ways to charge extra, like dirty sheets or towels. Very strange experience. I would not return.

Everything,Beautiful place, close to town.

It was fabulous from start to finish! Adriana is an amazing host & pays attention to details! Impeccable taste! I awoke to jasmine tea - freshly made almond milk & granola - muffins and toast - yogurt with fresh fruit every morning delivered on a lace covered tray. She's in the process of expanding her breakfast menú. My suite was perfect for a single traveler or couple. I loved having a small complete kitchen! The view is amazing. My suite had a floor to ceiling picture window with a lovely city view plus a garden patio right out the front door. The upstairs terrace gives a panorámic city view that's especially beautiful at night. Be advised that this charming hotel like Guanajuato is not for exercise phobic travelers! Although I have heart issues etc i personally loved the challenge of daily pushing myself to get out & move!! At 72 i realize it's the secret to longevity -- move it or lose it! And Guanajuato is a gem of a place to do just that! Always something new & exciting to explore just minutes away! Also this hotel is just far enough out of city central to be quiet & tranquil - if you're a partier there are better options close to the noisy downtown activity for you. I personally was thrilled to have an undisturbed night of rest! Leaving!

Owner was super nice and helpful. Location was great. Everything was clean and the house looked amazing! The view of the city from the roof terrace was fantastic! Can only recommend this place!
-
It was superb! Absolutely beautiful in every way. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a special experience, and Adriana and Karina were a joy. We would return, but we bought a house just behind it so now we will be neighbors! Thank you for the wonderful stay! Not a thing!

Very nice room with a lot of character. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay. Everything was well lit. They thought about everything that you might want in a nice room rental. The only issue was it was a little hot at night but they had mosquito screens and a fan so we slept with the windows open. It has good space and is well kept. If you have a car and plan on parking in their facility make sure it’s a small call. It was very tight and stressful getting to the parking space but other that no issues

The atmosphere and the location Was tight to get in and out in a médium size car

Beautiful Views that change as the sunrises to sunsets and the night time!

Very quiet, away from the busy-ness of the centre of Guanajuato, good air flow with the fan even on very hot afternoons. Basically about 1000 steps to the Teatro Juarez in the heart of the city, 500 to our favourite breakfast place. For many it will be a trek from the centre and then you are faced with a bit of serious climbing to get to the Casa. One litre of bottled water provided for a four day stay. Did not provide daily cleaning.

Our room had a fantastic view into the city. The walk to old town is very short and the super nice host takes care well of rooms as well as premises. There’s also a rooftop for shared use, including the views. Restaurants and everything you need is close. For us not an issue, but the room wasn’t large. Nothing for big people ;)

Location was enclosed very quiet and close to downtown Guanajuato. Very clean and friendly view of west side of the city was pleasant and panoramic. Room was in contour with the city structures that were part of the city history. Our room was so small that we didn’t have space or place to get our clothes from our suitcases there were no drawers to put your clothes. Bathroom was like a guest room no space to move.

The place was immaculate & well appointed ! Patio a bonus !We had lunch at the place Adrian’s suggested in town it was excellent! And an easy walk from the room She assisted us with the taxi to the airport for our very early morning departure We would have like a better city map ( hard copy ) for walking . We took a photo of the one in the room but the writing was small & difficult to read !
