Jacuzzi didn't work, water pressure was dismal.. that was disappointing. We paid a lot more for a "lux" experience but it didn't feel lux so that was sad. Don't make guests pay more then expect us to park at the lesser expensive place and lug bags up a hill and not have the bath work properly! Freezing cold or boiling hot water in the shower made for an unhappy definitely un-luxury experience!

It was clean, spacious, the view was great and staff was helpful. I thought I booked a room w/a real balcony but it was tiny. Breakfast at their hotel next door was terrible. Place was hard for taxi to find. Do not book here unless you either can walk up super steep road or will take a taxi up from the city. And was very expensive for the overall quality (was Semana Santa so prices hiked up). Overall we managed but be aware this is not a typical hotel at all.

this is a house not a hotel. The house is nice and had good views. The rooms lack of a safe. They don’t have a phone to call the reception. The TV did not worked they fix it the next day while you are trying to get ready. The only have two towels and the one for like a mat. The showers drain was clogged and the water wetted all the stuff we had on the floor. They have no toilet paper,The doors to the hallway have no seals, so it bounces all night with the air making noise through out the night. The pillows are so big you can’t get comfortable and they don’t have other pillows. The complementary breakfast is in another location and bad and slow service. Alma at the front office is no help. She is rude and unattentive. she failed to call our taxi and we missed our transportation to the airport.
