Was very noise in the morning, two schools near by, cars all day , to much traffic. Also no cable or internet

I like that it was at 7 min. walking from the center, and the attention that paola give to is, because all the time that we stay in the hotel, she was on the look out for any question we have.

No. Everything amazing.

The location is good and the room was very clean. No wifi whatsoever. They couldn’t give us the right password.

Pros: The owner or the manager Paula (?) is great she is dealing with what she has to deal with and she does it at rapid speed. She even helped me out at 2AM when I locked myself out of the apartment! Flat out best customer service I’ve had. Cons: The bedroom I was in promised AC but the AC didn’t work, now in the properties defense they did offer to put me in a different room but I was sick and could not be moved. So it was excruciatingly painful. The maid walked in to clean when I was fully naked on the bed because it was so hot. No wifi at all even though it was promised. Soap and Shampoo dispensers didn’t work. A long walk from the city center. Nobody at reception. Ever. Bugs.

This Hotel is more like an airbnb . There is no one at front desk.. ever .. all communication is done with property owner/mgr over Whatsapp . which was fine for us . being i’m bilingual getting around wasn’t difficult. SECURITY and PRIVACY were solid. unfortunately the location... It’s located at a round about that has constant traffic . It’s pretty because it’s a little plaza .. but when ordering an uber you have to move to a more accessible pick up location . However your not far from the center so walking wasn’t bad ..The lobby floor was always slippery, not wet but over polished ... entering the airbnb , it was always dark ... at night ... but overall it was easy check in and out ...

The installations are very nice and modern, nice vibe to them, it seemed a very complete and organized facility. Clean and walking distance to downtown. The hotel was empty, no staff was there to attend any of our concerns, hotel is small which is not a bad thing; it had a kitchen room, a dining room, all very nice and as I said organized, but no staff, and kitchen and dining rooms were not functional at all. Also, the place is located at a very busy section of the city, so expect to have a hard time for parking if you are out of luck.

Little nice boutique hotel with a very unique design in every room. It was clean; the owner is very nice, you can use the kitchen and dining room. It’s walking distance from downtown Guanajuato, a very nice walk and safe. No parking, but u can leave you car near by in a parking lot and just walk around. There are some rooms with no windows to the outside, if you like outside view make sure you get one.
