Nothing to say

The space and accommodations were nice for a night. Breakfast was also pleasant
-
Staff The room was a little outdated, and the ac was kind of very loud.

I loved that there was a security guard. We were completely safe. He was a great character as well. The staff was friendly. The taxi service they call for you was also excellent! Very inexpensive for the peace of mind knowing a safe person. The art on walls was awesome and gave us an activity to do when we needed to be inside. Beds were clean, showers were great and warm. The AC worked great too! Rooms were spacious for the price. The gym lacked greatly. The breakfast was ok, but also lacked. I saw a dead bug which grossed me out but never any others.

The location is not the best for tourism, but it seems great for business

Its outdated need to be more modern . There was a bug/roach in the room. The thermostat was not working properly it was report and it replaced immediately. We need blankets I. The need blankets instead calling for them. The kitchen staff she be more involve in serving the guest all they do is take your room number and they disappear they should be more involve to the guest.

As the Name suggests: If you are in Love Art/Museums…. This property is up your ally as the owners have filled the lobby, hallways and rooms with sculptures and paintings. The building itself is well maintained and clean. Same goes for the hallways and rooms themselves. Very satisfied with condition of furniture, water pressure, cleanliness. We arrived by car, and a Big plus is that they have a private parking lot That is accessible from inside the lobby area= so you don’t need to walk out to street and back into the lot to get something from your car. Something of note: Breakfast is not buffet style. You sit and are brought two plates: one with fruit, the other with eggs, bread empanada etc and a coffee + juice. So if you are not picky, this is fine. But if you prefer to decide for yourself, What you will eat and How much = then carefully think about this detail before booking.

Electrical outlets need to be higher very hard to reach. See above

Always stay here and will continue. Nothing bag to say!

The location. It's ok but not what I would call nice. The surrounding streets are dirty and questionable after 9 pm. Located in what I would call a gritty area.

Cómodo y confortable

good location and good staff. I found that there was hair in the shower and sink from the previous occupant. a big turnoff. Also the door to the elevator closed very quickly when I was loading my suitcase and carryon . it happened to hit my head and broke the frame of my glasses costing me $86.00 to replace. Also it looks like the room I was in , #410, needs some serious updating.

The morning buffet breakfast. Nothing.

Passable

I didn’t like the fact that I could not figure out how to change the temperature on the thermostat
