No hot water in room. First room had broken air conditioner. Housekeeping did not close room door after cleaning.

John is HOT. ? The location is great! It is literally in downtown area. At night, it could be dark in the area.

Wonderful staff! Alex and Victor were very pleasant and helpful when we discovered that a teenager had left her phone on the plane. They tried several numbers and finally got through to a live person at the airline, and we got the phone back! We left at 5 am and they packed “to go” breakfasts for us! Not a lot but got us onto our flight. Right next to an nice park. Safe, clean business area. Restaurant next door had good sandwiches and wraps, reasonably priced. The chicken-avocado arepa was a hit.

My mum stayed for one night. The team at the hotel were absolutely amazing! I was quite worried as my mum is an elderly person so they kept me updated about when she arrived, picked her up at the airport, organised her taxi for the next day, and always answered my questions timely. What a great place and staff! I'm beyond thankful!
