Went there for Pinkpop festival. Good breakfast and good beds ; shower No airco only room fan....it was extremely hot that day (+37 degrees)

Friendly personal in the restaurant . The food was good. The room was okay, but not 4 stars. Needs technical makeover: No people at the check-in. Online-check-in did not work due to technical problems. WiFi did not work properly. The key card for our room worked, but only once. Many techmical problems. We always had to look for people in the nearby restaurant to help us. Elevator did not work, steep steps. Not suitable for older people. The balcony was flooded by the rain, no drainage.

The TV was unplugged. It was a wall mount, so it was a little difficult to plug in.

Bed was comfortable. I found something to eat at breakfast. The reception employee that checked me in was profoundly rude, impatient, and gave off a general vibe of having zero interest in doing his job. The hotel charges a 25 € fee to allow you to plug an electric vehicle to the chargers they have on property. Regardless of how much charge you actually need. When I asked why is it like that, the employee's response was 'What do I care, I do what the boss says. Do you want to charge or not?!' Then he gave me trouble for asking a separate reciept for that.

There is no shower gel. The office machine is not cleaned up and there is an empty package of coffee milk cream in the basket.

Fantastic location! Really quiet and in a beautiful region. The breakfast was good and staff was friendly. We had a room on the second floor and it was noisy - we could hear our neighbours very good. Cleaning was in general OK, we only discovered some dust on the floorlamp.

Very nice and big apartment Good beds Not enough cutlery. We missed some bowls for yoghurt. We missed scissors. We missed also a small cleaning set.
