In a lovely village with lots of restaurants Reception closed each evening so had to come in back door

Coean, helpful staff The rooms were exceptionally hot due to the high temps. The hotel supplied fans but they were unable to cool the rooms.

Friendly staff and very nice breakfast Rooms were very hot and smelly, no air conditioning, fans were not functioning properly, some lights were missing, no hand was rubbing towels, and I have to pay tourists taxes which already paid through you guys.

De locatie is geweldig We hadden een familiekamer geboekt op een zaterdagavond, erg prijzig. Het was bloedheet in de kamer en het lukte niet om het koeler te maken. Hele nacht niet geslapen. Alles kapot: de kranen hingen los, gaten in de muren. De badkamer stroomt vol water als je doucht. Alles is oud en nodig toe aan renovatie. De bedden zeer slecht, je voelt de veren. De algemene deur is vanaf acht uur gesloten maar onze sleutel paste niet op de nachtingang. We komen hier nooit meer terug!

Location and spacious room, with fresh decor. Got upgraded and got seating area. Easy night access and lift for luggage. Easily accessible to come and go to Maastricht 9-5 with bus 350. Many places to eat near, outdoors and indoors. Supermarket nearby. No air conditioner in summer although the staff went the extra mile and provided a fan. I wish I had tried the breakfast but it only starts at 8, too late to be in Maastricht for office hours.

Location for our cycle trip through Europe Room was a bit small but big enough for a one night stopover.

The beds were ok. The entire hotel needs urgently refurbishing. It’s very old. Isolation of the walls and ceilings is non existent. We heard every sound our next door and upstairs neighbors made especially from the bathroom. Pls our room smelled the first day of cigarettes and the second day of hospital sanitizer. The breakfast was also very basic, bad coffee and the cheapest ingredients. We definitely paid far too much.

It was in a great location. The free parking lot was easy to find. The hotel messaged and responded quickly. It was cheaper than most in the area. It was a little dirty. The shower had mold. Also if you flushed the toilet or turned on the sink as someone was in the shower they would get burned with scalding hot water. All the cold water goes to the sink or toilet.

The location of the hotel is great, right in the center of Gulpen, close to many restaurants, cafes, and stores. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! Overall, great value for money. The communication was not that great; I sent the hotel an email on the morning of the arrival day, asking if we could arrive earlier than the check-in time and leave our luggage there, but I did not receive a response in time. Also, our room was not ready at the check-in time, so we had to wait for about 10-15 minutes until it was ready.
