Historic Eco House & Ha Giang Loop

The family who runs the place are so sweet and friendly.they took care of us from A to Z. The price was great!

This place is a peace haven nestled against a mountain. The premises are clean and it’s a lush garden, you are surrounded by trees and a beautiful swimming pool. There are many places to sit and relax. The lady who runs the place is gracious and she will cook you the best pizza in the world! The rooms are clean and I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s a perfect place to stay before heading out and coming back from the Ha Giang loop.

Super nice location, service and room. Located in the city but adjacent jungle land it is a peaceful setting. Breakfast was made to order and fantastic. Pool area and bar are nice for summer season. The family here are the nicest. Trust me it’s wonderful

Huyen was amazing to us and gave us the best recommendations!

The manager, Ms Huyen, was so sweet and helpful. Because of the construction of her house on the property, there was a lot of construction noise all day, so she let us change our booking by staying one less night, without cancellation fees, due to the noise. Breakfast and pizza was good; not great, but served timely and with a smile. We bought wine locally, as her wine for sale was expensive. We enjoyed 2 shots of whiskey though. I loved the pool; it was fantastic, and I enjoyed my swims, with beautiful greenery around. It is very sad that the property suffered devastating flooding last year, which ruined her house and the attached restaurant, hence the need to rebuild, and destroyed some of her beautiful antique pieces and wooden structures. The entry to the hotel is so beautiful and historic, but I don't think the hotel itself is. She offered to help plan tours. Lighting was harsh in the room, with a wet shower, as is common in most rooms in Vietnam. No bedside lamps. Room was not cozy. We could not open the curtains to let light in, due to people walking by on the balcony - not sure how this could be amended - maybe add sheers? We were on the 3rd floor; I think 301, and the water pump was loud above us; every time someone in any room called for water, we could hear the pump. Ms Huyen kindly offered to let us change rooms, but we declined; we just put our earplugs in at night. As I mentioned above, a lot of construction noise, but I'm glad she will have a house again.

After a misunderstanding about the number of rooms at check-in, the owner quickly resolved it, allowing the three of us to have separate rooms next to each other on the same floor. These rooms had a beautiful view of the garden and the pool. As dinner we had pizza's, which were very good! Because of a typhoon last year, they were still repairing some of the damage, but this did not bother us during our stay.”

Location was close enough to town to walk but far enough away to be quiet. The pool was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Comfortable beds. I would definitely come back again.

The location was beautiful. Quiet and secluded. Huan, the owner, provided excellent service. She welcomed us even with our late arrival time. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool looked very inviting. Breakfast was excellent. Huan prepared a homemade pancake with honey. Highly recommend staying here while in Ha Giang!

A warm and comfortable place.

It was peaceful and quiet, the meals were fine. The room needed some furniture like a table or a chair to make it livable.

Stayed for one night before our Ha Giang Loop tour. Very friendly and attentive staff. The room was large and clean!

The property and staff were great! Very great value for the money, and the lady who runs the place is very very nice and helpful. Hot water could have lasted a bit longer, but was manageable.

Lovely and welcoming family run establishment and a fantastic place to stay before and after the Ha Giang loop! Huyền was an amazing host and helped us sort out everything we needed before we arrived via WhatsApp (without even taking any deposit!). My wife and I did a 3D2N private tour, which was one of the best experiences of my life. Huyền organised great homestays during the trip (Nung Homestay in Dong Van and Pachidua Ecolodge), and excellent lunch stops. Our easy riders were good fun and we enjoyed hanging out with them off the bike. The hotel itself is relaxed and a short walk away from the busyness of the town centre. Very clean and well maintained - plus the pool was a nice touch in the heat! We also did our laundry at the hotel and Huyền can help organise transport to whenever you need. Thanks again for a great trip!

They provided me with the best service I have ever experienced from a hotel. I was planning on doing the Ha Giang Loop and had some difficulties with my bus to Ha Giang. They took care of everything when I contacted them and even welcomed me when I arrived late at night. Room was nice, good value for money. Wish I could have enjoyed 1 more night here.

They were very helpful organising bikes for us and booked our bus ticket after motorbike trip. Also the pizzas and banana pancake for breakfast was yum I’m not use to a hard bed

Very comfortable hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel has a pool and offers a good breakfast. We booked the Ha Giang Loop tour from the hotel, we highly recommend this! Beautiful overnight stays and very nice Easy riders. Furthermore, the owner of the hotel is very kind and helpful. Highly recommend! -
