хорошее расположение рядом со станцией, можно дойти пешком до чего угодно есть локеры для багажа, есть прачечная там нет кондиционера в номере, что достаточно неудобно особенно летом

Excellent location, good room size, and decent facilities (washer machines, vending, and an oyster bar on the first floor!). We could hear all the conversation and other noise out in the hallway whenever someone was coming back or taking off…

Very close to station and morning market. Free parking lot nearby. Person greeting guests at the check-in line was very poor at English and had to walk back to other staff for assistance several times. Others behind the front desk was proficient and spoke very good English. Maybe they need to swap positions. Also water pressure is terrible. Almost bad as back in the states where cheap hotels use flow restrictors.

- Excellent location (right opposite Hakodate bus stop, tram station and JR station). - Direct bus from Hakodate airport (20 mins ride). - New and clean room with good Wi-Fi and other facilities as highlighted. Microwave on every floor, baggage locker room in the lobby areas, etc. - Polite and courteous staff. Slow Check-In. Reception staff commence check-in strictly at 3pm. Due to huge number of guests waiting at lobby area, there is no queue system and guests who have been waiting earlier got the rooms in the end. It is suggested that the reception staff at least commence the paper work for check-in prior to 3pm (ID collection, payment of taxes, form filling, etc) to avoid delay in receiving the room keys. There is no Air-Conditioning control unit in the room. There is only a fan. It was humid and sweaty in the night which caused sleepless nights. Unlike other hotels in Japan, you cannot place your bags under the beds as it is a closed space. Hence bags needs to be closed and placed in vertical position after every use which was inconvenient.

Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Best location. With bag lockers. Washing mach and dryer. Our room smells cigarette at the 1st day. I hope family with kids will always be located at non smoking rooms.

The location was so convenient . At check in there was a bit of a wait but for the most part moved smoothly . Breakfast was awesome and had lots of variety . The room was spacious with beds for each person . All was great !

Room was smaller than it looks on reservation page. There was an indoor smoking point directly in front of suitcase locker room. It was a bit stinky.

They’ve got everything you may need. Very close to JR Hakodate Station. Parking lots available. The room was way too small and least spacious. Hard to open the window. The view was the was the wall of next door.
