We liked the location but above all the food. We stayed in nine different hotels in this trip with breakfast included. This was the best. Fresh fruit, different kinds of meat to satisfy customers.

The location is the best, too close to JR station and easily to go to anyway by tram. The room has more space and sofa for relaxing. The breakfast is so variety ans delicious. There is steak menu which is so good. The staff is helpful and there is service for luggages delivery which is so comfortable. Nil

This hotel is so convenient to all type of transportation to take you wherever you want to go. Train station is literally across the street that makes handling your luggage from train station to hotel very easy. Nothing to dislike

Excellent location, large choice of options in the breakfast buffet. I didn't realize the room didn't have air conditioning. I was able to open the window to cool the room down, so it was noisy but fine. The bed was a little hard but the pillow was horrible. One very flat pillow that did nothing, and the other was like a brick and felt like there was rice or some other material inside on the bottom. The hotel feels a bit tired but it served my purposes.

The location was great. It was a minute walk from Hakodate Station. The size of the room was nice. The breakfast was very good. There was no onsen.

The hotel was really convenient for both the train station and the tram stop, The room was well appointed and clean, also the breakfast was very good and there was a convenience store located next door which was useful for snacks and drinks. Nothing, the hotel was wonderful and very good value for the price.

What a nice surprise in Hakodate! The hotel is located right across the street from the JR train station in a location close to many restaurants and within walking distance to the port. It has comfortable rooms that are a good size and designed efficiently. The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of foods and a chef making omelets, eggs benedict, and a delicious mushroom quiche. Coffee was good and I enjoyed the probiotic drink at the juice station. There is nothing to dislike; all was very good!
