The room is spacious and very clean They also provide some free drink at freeze and most important they have shuttle bus which can drop us to the several attraction place which make it easier for us to explore the city The staffs also very friendly and helpful

Very good location and optional shuttles to nearby ski resorts. Very pleasant and picturesque village, bar available in the hotel lobby with plenty of comfortable seating. Lounge for guest use equipped with kitchen equipment and utensils where meals can be arranged. free washing machines for guest use.

The hotel is vibrant and young, very cool design and small touches of up to date style . Cosmopolitan atmosphere. Great staff, helpful and friendly who really Care about their guests. Loved it Laundry facilities should go out of the guest rooms area (maybe into a corner of the lounge self service area)

The hotel is very clean and very comfortable . Our room Has a front view of the alps . they also have free drinks when you get to the room. ? The staff in the front desk assigned in the evening shift is so kind and very understandable to speak to. ? She’s not a japanese but se was also very fluent in japanese language too ✅ . She was very jolly and even helped us book our taxi for early morning . The stay was really good . ? My only reccomendation is maybe they can put some meals, other foods too because on our two days stay in hakuba , its really a struggle to find an open restaurant . So i hope they have a large food menu just incase their guests haven’t find a food outside

Amazing location in Hakuba! We loved the shuttle and breakfast. The guest lounge was perfect for our bigger group. Nothing!

First and foremost AMAZING staff. Everyone that works there is top notch. Although it isn’t the cheapest, I like how they do not Nick and you. Free laundry services, free breakfasts, free Shuttle …you pay the upfront cost but after that, it’s worry free. I thought the bed could have been a bit softer and more comfortable

Awesome property. Had two washers and dryers. Conveniently next to the bus terminal. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Amenities were great and bar/coffee shop on the first floor was a nice with snow gear lockers in the basement for those staying at the hotel.

We visited Hakuba during the down period between the summer and winter seasons. The staff was amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and one of the highlights of our stay. I couldn't recommend this hotel more. It was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. N/A
