We had a wonderful stay at Funny Inn! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and assisted with transport. The lodge felt like a home away from home - comfortable, relaxed, and full of thoughtful amenities. When our son injured himself, the staff went above and beyond with support and care, making everything easier and lifting everyone’s spirits. Truly a friendly, welcoming place we’d happily return to!

The owner was very responsive and a member of our group left a bag there and he shipped it to us for no cost. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Def worth it!!!

Excellent homemade breakfast everyday. Just what you need before going skiing! The rooms have relatively thin walls, so you’ll get some noise from other rooms. Nothing crazy but it does happen

Yasen the owner was very friendly and picked us up at the Train station. Tayla and Tessa were awesome and made a geat breakie and had lots of pro tips on the local scene.

The host is very kind and helpful, and the food is AWESOME. within 1 minute walk, there’s a shuttle bus stop to ski resorts, very convenient for a ski vacation.

The Funny Inn is run by a very sweet and hospitable Japanese couple. They were helpful with anything we needed. Walking distance to shops/restaurants and ski shuttle bus stop. breakfasts were amazing! Beds were uncomfortable but we put a futon on top of the mattress and then it was fine.

Next to free shuttle bus stop to ski resorts. Breakfast was excellent. Also provided discounted ski tickets for Hakuba 47 and Happo One. Free pick up and drop offs. Very hospitable and proactive with local advice on your daily activities.

The accommodation was perfect. very spacious, very comfortable and the bath in the room was absolutely perfect with an amazing view! Would highly recommend on staying at this wonderful inn run by two very lovely and accommodating couple! Couldn’t not think of one thing wrong even if I tried, the entire stay was really wonderful!
