Our stay here was amazing!! The owners are very lovely and super accommodating during our stay. The hotel provides breakfast, dinner, laundry services and ski gear storage which made it a convenient stay for us. The rooms were very clean and tidy and large enough for our 3 suitcases to remain open (which we hadn’t encountered since staying Japan). We ate breakfast 4 times with a different menu every morning from onigiri to French toast, the food was delicious! There is a very lovely older lady who serves tea and coffee with breakfast, who managed to put a smile on our faces every morning. The location is perfect! It’s a 2min walk to snow shuttle pick up spots to the ski resorts. It’s also located near Sanfermos, Garlic, the cherry pub, food trucks and 7/11 just around the corner. We couldn’t rate this place more highly, if you’re looking to stay in Hakuba don’t pass up this place.
