The hotel was clean and comfortable and service was good The restaurant food was not as interesting as most Vietnamese food. The breakfast buffet was good. Ha Long town is overdeveloped and awful

We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was very nice. Staff was excellent. Rooms and beds comfortable. Great location to beach and town. Pool area closed at 6 pm. At least we were told that. Could stay open later. On a hot night be nice to have a swim.

It was beautiful! Roof top pool area was great! Breakfast was very good. Lovely decor and bed was comfortable Property was great, BUT…a neighbouring property about 1km away was a beach bar and they played the music into the wee hours sooooo loud that it could disrupt sleep as the base was booming!!! Something should be done about this for the entire area! If you book a room, get one that faces onto the main road, not the side or the back! Then it will be a great hotel!

Very clean and spacious rooms, nice interior. Unfortunately the beach club down the road was very very loud, every day.

Absolutely gorgeous, low rate, fantastic breakfast. We were here for 2 nights following a week on Cat Ba and were pleasantly surprised re the hotel. The city is deserted unfortunately. Seems you can request a room further away from the beach area, as, yes, you can hear thumping from the music that seems to play every night. We had no problem sleeping, however.

Lovely, bright and clean hotel with all the amenities, great service, and the breakfast was very good! Only draw back is the night noise of the constant boom of the base system at the beach bar about 1km away…it echoes throughout the complex until 2am on the weekends and midnight otherwise. Must ask for a front room overlooking the main road, and then it was no problem, otherwise it is a sleep nightmare!

Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Hotel facilities were very good. The gym could have been better if it were inside. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel looked very nice and the room was very cozy. Location was near the beach and during our stay there were fireworks which is very nice to watch on rooftop. There was a time during our stay that electricity keeps going off. Loud music from the beach club. Laundry was very expensive as it was per piece.

The laundry service is charged per item which is exceptional expensive - bether use one of the services on the streets if you have multiple items.. it's 6x cheaper.

Breakfast was great, so were the meals we had. The rooms were great though the suite takes a bit of time to cool. Pool timings. The pool closes at 6 Pm!!!! In a hot country a rooftop pool should be open till 8 at least!!! Noisy, but then it was vacation time and we had a lot of loud kids running about, Not the hotel's fault, tho!!!!

lovely rooms with amazing bed and bedding, great bathroom we had dinner in the hotel one evening, which was disappointing considering we enjoyed the breakfasts and other aspects of our stay. The dining room was exceptionally quiet of an evening and I don't think they are used to people dining there, although we were fairly early in the season (april)

Very luxurious with huge beds Location was a bit out of Ha Long which we knew and just enjoyed exploring the area.

This hotel is amazing!! From the lobby entrance, the restaurant, the coffee shop, the rooftop pool and bar to the rooms it was exceptional. Our room was stunning, with a huge bed, which was so comfortable with luxurious sheets. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The location is great, 5 min walk to the beaches for a swim, with lots of bars and restaurants. There are also many restaurants nearby. It's a 15 mins taxi ride into the main part of the city Incredible value for money. I thoroughly recommend that you stay here! Nothing

Clean modern hotel, probably the best in that area of Ha Long. Nothing to add re hotel. Wasn’t keen on the loud music coming from the beach clubs.
