Very nice hotel, friendly staff.

Good overnight when you are waiting for halong cruise. Noise from two big parties on beach, where is no one. Whole neighborhood was deserted. Lot of abandon building nearby also big plaza which is completely abandoned. Lot of construction around.

I intended to change to 2 rooms before arrival but then I made up my mind as the family room is quite large and can accommodates my family of 6 including 1 child. The staffs are really supportive. Laundry is done and returned sooner than any other hotels that I’ve ever stayed. No breakfast, but it’s okey to walk a bit for breakfast nearby.

The room was too small for family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). The rate was too high for that room size and the fact that there is no breakfast included

Very clean and modern hotel room at a very good price during the low season The nearby beach club was very loud but the hotel has good sound insulation so it didn’t keep me up at night

Very clean affordable hotel. Lovely area walking distance from restaurants. Just what we needed after the ha giang loop. Nothing. Just to be aware ha long was quiet and pretty dead so not much is open for breakfasts and other things like that. But ideal stay for a night before a cruise.

Complained about the noise and asked to be moved to another room. The noise was insanely loud. Staff were unwilling to help. The owner then cancelled the room to prevent us leaving a bad review. Told us we wanted to sleep we should have stayed in a resort. This would have been great to know before hand. Nothing stated it was a noisy area. I told him he needed to u cancel it before we would pay. He told us we were the worst tourists he'd ever had and to get out the hotel and we could deal with the local police. Had no issue paying just wanted the room uncancelling. Didn't appreciate the rude aggressive replies. Worst hotel experience in 11 months backpacking.

The hotel is new, the owner; Kate is very friendly and genuinely helpful. She guided us on the places lf attractions, and she helped us organized a one day cruise tour, picked up and dropped off at the hotel. Location of the hotel is walking distance to the beach and the other attractions such as the seafood restaurants, the Cruise Port, convenient store, cafes and restaurants. A nice cozy hotel, and most importantly the room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and air-conditioning was good too. We’ll definitely be back again of we ever visit Ha Long Bay. Nil
