A hotel that I’ll always remember, I am putting a photo of our room, no need for more words! It’s not on the hotel but there is a seaside club not that close but still you hear the techno music all night long.

The room had a strange damp odor that wasn't very pleasant. When I arrived (well after check in time), the bathroom area was soaking wet (waterlogged countertop, wet sink glasses etc). My room was quite cold as the heating mode didn't work properly on the air conditioning so you have to use the fan setting on high temperature. The bed picked up most of the space in the room and it wasn't as spacious as it appears in the photos. The location is near the beach but in early January when I stayed, it doesn't matter too much, the beach is vacant until further down nearer to city area, all the buildings in the area are either empty or abandoned, and there was no other people around. It was very much a ghost town.

The location is great. It’s a developing area but it has a lot of amenities. It is a great place to stay if you’re going on a cruise soon or taking a day cruise. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful! If we could give them 15 points out of 10, we would. They are very responsive and helpful. The building is clean and new. The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed it so much!

Amazing location right next to the most beautiful and serene beach in Ha Long! Very quiet area. They have karaoke in the lobby if you want to sing (I did)!? Everything in the hotel looks clean and new. They helped me to rent a bike for a very good price, literally brought it to me in 2 minutes. The most amazing is administrators and all the staff who work there. It’s my place whenever I come to Halong Bay again!?? I would live there forever, but I couldn’t?

i like quiet places and this was a great choice. New hotel, clean, fully equipped, especially very close to the beach and entertainment spots. Friendly and funny reception. They assisted me in booking cruise tickets to visit Ha Long Bay. The English of the reception is not very good. Hope next time will improve.
