All you get is beds. Thats it. Hardly place to move around. Washrooms were clean. No bridge no nothing.

Nice location, comfortable and spacious room. Check in process was a bit confusing and no staff available to help find the room given. Should make it clear in check in instructions to take the receipt to know which room is yours

Everything was perfect The location was excellent close to everything I needed and easy to access. There was a self check-in machine that made the process very smooth, and it provided the room key card right away The machine was user-friendly and quick The room and the entire hotel were very clean and well-maintained The price was also very reasonable for what was offered. I highly recommend this place everything was great?

Excellent location and room was cleaner than I expected. Beds also were comfortable. Lastly check in was so easy with kiosk. Of course its not 5 star hotel but in my opinion its price/performance hotel.

Nothing Nothing, the lodging process requires barcode and nothing was sent. Also all attempts to reach the hotel was abortive . I was stranded cause I could not gain entrance to my room last night.

Nothing The rooms aren't cleaned, I found someone else's clothing on the floor in my room!! The area is Hamburg's red light district, and I'm fairly sure the hotel is also used for similar activities... The shower was dirty, had to wait 40 minutes to check in because there was only one check-in machine and 4 groups checking in. The room was so dark, even with the lights on, that I had to use my phone torch to see around. Awful experience.

Clean room, nice hotel. Only check in until 22:00 is a little tight. I nearly missed that. Also the Check In by machine is a little complicated

Although location good if you want to party in Reeperbahn the room itself very basic. But the worst was check in when the machine would not give me the receipt showing my room number so I had to try every door until I found my room. Also horrible the elevator broke down on 2 of the days I stayed there so I would pass on this place if you have other options

cheap and cheerful. the windows worked well to block any noise from the busy street below,but would be super hot in summer closed,with no fan... the self checkin. having to input your personal details onto a huge screen with other people milling about waiting to chekin. the room on the pic looks way bigger than the actual room
